The Maverick Conservative

Imagine the theme song of the Lone Ranger, as the evil media rides again to destroy the American way (as distinguished from saving it).  Fox News was already doing it on this tiger attack at the San Francisco Zoo, before the body was cold--playing the media SPEUCALATION and BLAME game (Fox News is part of the mainstream media problem, and NOT part of the soulution to mainstream media disease).  I saw 15 seconds of Fox News yesterday (all I could stand), and they were already SPECULATING that the vicitims of this tiger attack MAY have "taunted" the tiger.   Now, this morning, there is a story from the despicable Associated Press, featured on AOL, with the same headline (representing CHARACTER ASSASSINATION without facts--the Mike Nifongs of the media ride to the attack with a "Hi Ho Silver".

This is EVIL cable TV stuff.  I am not talking about the tiger attack (tigers will be tigers) or the "almost alleged" taunting (altlhough that might be cruel, depending on what is alleged to be "taunting")

I am talking about the media SPECULATION, without FACTS (tigers are tigers, and do what they do; this, unfortunately, is what the evil media now DOES).  See my Socratic dialogue series on "Drew Peterson and the Evil Media" in my AOL blog, "The Maverick Conservative".

This is CHARACTER ASSASSINATION before the facts are established.  It is not all that easy to "taunt" a tiger from a distance ("your mama" will not do it).   Kids will be kids.   Say they sat on the wall (speculation in itself).   Is that "taunting"?  Pretty harsh, don't you think? 

Nope:  This continued media SPECULATON on BLAME is EVIL stuff.
