Yes, I definitely hope that everyone who has the stamina to read this blog has a happy new year.  Actually, I hope you have a happy new year, even if you don't read the blog (bad as that is for your mental development).

But why especially to women?  I have sometimes been accused of hating women. That is, of course, not true.  As with most things, I simply see them with a clear eye:  vicious creatures who are thinking challenged (sort of like tigers, as a matter of fact--see my series of entries since Christmas where I CORRECTLY guided you through the media morass).  Just like Siberian tigers, women can be magnificent and beautiful creatures.  You just have to respect them for the dangeorous creatures they also are.

This does not, however, explain why I am wishing a "Happy New Year" especially to women (nope:  it is NOT because I am trying to get on their good side to avoid the DOOM that my brother keeps telling me awaits me because of my previous comments about women). 

In addition to everything else, most women (there are always exceptions) are HAPPINESS-CHALLENGED.  They don't know how to be happy.  They feel entiteld to a PERFECT life; and they feel entitled to a PERFECT man (a combination of Rober Redford, Clint Eastwood, and John Wayne--throw in Brad Pitt for younger women).  They feel this way even though they KNOW that "men are scum" (from the point of view of women).  So how can women possibly be happy, when it requires the impossible?  THEY CAN'T (most of them).

Men, of coure, can be unhappy and miserable.  But it is usually BECAUSE OF A WOMAN.  Men don't require much to be happy:  sports on TV, and sometimes in real life; and men aresatisfied with an attractive woman who looks at them adoringly every so often (maybe bringing a beer from time to time).  Men are even pretty willing to forget the "attractive", so long as they get the adoring looks, and perhaps a little tender, loving care (the beer, again).

So what would be the best thing for MEN for the new year?  Right.  It would almost guarantee the happiness of MEN if WOMEN were happy (speaking generally).  No, it is a MISTAKE for men to think that they can MAKE women happy.  That is an impossible job, and once a man goes down that road he is lost.

If it is impossible, why am I wishing a "Happy New Year" especially to women?  It is because it is WOMEN who have to change here.  They have to RESOLVE to be happy, even though things (and men, for an absolute certainty) are not PERFECT.  Yes, this is wildly optimistic.  However, I thik that you women out there CAN DO IT.  I think that you can RESOLVE to be happy, and actually keep the resolution. 

I know.   There is the example of the Garden of Eden which argues otherwise.  Remember, Eve dould not be satisfied, EVEN IN THE GARDEN OF EDEN.  She wanted MORE.

I still think they can do it, hard as it may be for them.

Therefore, especially to you women out there:  HAPPY NEW YEAR.  I really mean it.  I want you ALL to have a happy new year.
