See the previous entry expressing doubt whether exorcism is going to help.  Yes, today has another story representing how much AGENDA has taken over today's "journalim".

What would you say about two groups who even thought it would be useful to do a "study" COUNTING the number of false statements President Bush made before we went to war in Iraq (primarily about "weapons of mass destruction").  Right.  You would think that it was a "study" by a PARTISAN Democratic group, or FAR LEFT group like MoveOn.org.   It has already been established that President Bush thought that there were "weapons of mass destruction" (not a "lie"), when there weren't.  What PURPOSE does it serve to "count" the number of times he made a "false" statement based on that incorrect intelligence?  None.  Two JOURNALISM groups (that I have never heard of) nevertheless--motivated by AGENDA--went through this USELESS exercise. 

The despicable Assoicated Press then picked up the "study" as "news".  The equally despicable AOL is FEATURING the story this morning.  The AP even goes so far as to lament how "journalists" did not CHALLENGE and CONFRONT the Bush Administration at the time.  One reason for that, of course, is that BILL CLINTON, and world INTELLIGENCE, all thought that there were weapons of mass destrcutiion in Iraqq.

These are two LEFT WING organizations (you nostice that the story FAILS to describe the organizations, or even get into the motivation for this "study").

You say that the despicable Associated Press, and the equally despicable AOL, are representing that this story is REPRESENTATIVE of today's "journalism"? I agree with you.  That merely proves that today's "journalism" is ADVOCACY, leftist "jounalims" with an agenda.

I PROVE that the desicable AP has put out HUNDREDS of FALSE (often lying) stories over the past two years, in my AOL blog, "The Maverick Conservative" (NO other source traces FALSE stories of the despicable AP more continuously).

What FUNCTION does this "study" serve?  We KNOW that our intelligence was wrong on "weapons of mass destruction".  How many FALSE statements did President Clinton make to get authorization for force in Iraq?   What about the FAlSE statements that Democrats have made on the SURGE in Iraq, and General Petraeus?  

Nope, AGENDA expains this story, not "news".
