Costly Grace

"Ye are the salt of the earth". Matthew 5:13.  Really!  Well I am wondering what has happened to all those SALTY Christians. To say I am angry, would be soft pedaling it!!!Salt is suppose to be the Christ life within us, by The Holy Ghost. The cost of our being salt is DISCIPESHIP!!!  John 10:10, 2Corinthians 3:6, Galatians 3:3, 5:16, Romans 8:1.

The second part of Matt 5: 13 says,"but if the salt has lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted?"  Mark 9: 49-50, and even better my point is Luke 14: 34-35" it is neither fit for the land nor yet for the DUNGHILL but MEN cast it out. He that hath ears to heear , let him hear"!

If The Church doesn't wake up, and I don't think she will, too many virgins that don't have oil in their lamps, she will be soon persecuted for the lack of SALT!!!!! NOT because she is," miss goody two shoes."

This really hurts the cause for Christ, lack of SALT!!!

Here are some uses for Salt!

1. Purifies--- It's white color stands for holiness, God's natue. Salt kills germs, fights infection and when used FULL STRENGTH, we have revival.

The remedy for a polluted mind is salt: The Word, FULL STRENGTH.

2. Preserves--- all manner of meats and other foods. 1 Peter 1:5, Revelations 3: 10, Jude 20-21,and 24.

  Why people fail:

          1. They have not fed the spiritual man.

           2. They refuse to crucify the old man.

           3. They refuse to make restitution and reconciliation.

Judgement will fall when the salt is removed.

3. Seasons---Salt can take the bitterness out of coffee, counteract acid in pineapple, and overcome the sourerness of grapefruit.

Collossians 4:6  Let your speech be always with Grace, seasoned with Salt, that you may know how to answer every man.

Mark 9: 50  Have SALT in yourselves, and have peace one with another.

4.  Creates Thrirst-----John 4:10,John 7: 37-39

5.  Thaws---Love melts any situation-1 Corinthians 13:8,Galatians 5:6, and 1 Cor. 13:3 gives a picture of life without salt!

6. Strengthens--- Isaiah 40:28-31,11Cor. 4:6, Ephesians 4:23, Romans 12:2 Psalm23:3

7. In Sacrifice---Leviticus 2:13, Romans 7:18,20-25, Mark 9: 49, Romans 12:1 and 

     Luke 14:28.

When we live The Christ life, we function as SALT!

Last week I was watching a preacher on tv, named David Jeremiah. I had never heard him before. He was talking about Samson and his terrible demise. It was one of the first stories I read as a little girl ,growing up in Florida.

I remember how I cried reading this sad tale of a magnificent man of God. Anyway as this preacher preached, The Lord showed me the analogy between Samson's life and America. I was stunned. I knew He wanted me to tell what He had showed me. I hope that when you see this analogy that you will take it to heart and see it like He sees it.

The story begins in Judges 13 and ends in Judges 16.  His parents were barren and were told by an angel that they would have a son and he was to be a Nazerite from his mothers womb. No razor was to come on his head or to drink wine or eat unclean things. He was set apart unto God and to start to deliver Israel from the Philistines.

Sadly, he wanted to marry a daughter of the Philistines and not an Jewish woman, as his parents wanted him to. That was #1, not honoring his parents. Samson started his downward spiral from there. He begain playing with harlots and soon the enemy, the Philistines, wanted to know his strength. So they hired a harlot named Delila to find out his strength so they could capture him. Judges 16:5  Anyway after several attempts to find out his strength , after vexing him unto death, everyday, he finally tells her his secret. As he slept ,they shaved his head. And bound him and put out his eyes and made him grind in the prison house.

Here is where it gets interesting when 16:20 says he said to himself he could go out as before and shake off the evil he had been playing with and recover himself. The same verse says he did not know that The Lord had departed from him!

He thought he could temp God and play with sin and not be affected. Folks this is where America is today. We were a Light set on a hill to give Light to the world . we have played with harlots and numerous other evils and trust me, God will not look the other way.

Our founding fathers never meant for our nation to fall so low. When The Light goes out it not only affects our nation ,but other nations we are suppose to show THE WAY! We are not salty anymore. I will write on Salt tomorrow.

We were never meant to give freedom to stupid ideas ,like letting predators on the street, gays pushing for evil ways and murderers going free. The list is too long for me to put down. Our schools are a failure, there is no justice in the courts . As Isaiah says, woe to those who say Good is evil and evil is good. This is where we are in 2008.

Our eyes are being put out by evil and we are being bound, but what is sad of all is we don't know that He has departed, no longer blessing The America that once was.

There are many good Christians, but we suffer with the ungodly. it's every ones duty to speak up and give evil a run for her money!

In Matthew 13: 24-30 Jesus taught The Parable of the wheat and the tares. In our day we have many tares springing up every where it seems. Tares ,being false teachings and false doctrine that is contrary to the Kingdom of Christ, The Lord.

We have been inundated with people who seemingly have respect and are in high places,  teachings others to believe what they see as the light, all the while leading the nieve down the path to destruction. MILLIONS LISTEN AS IF WHAT IS BEING TAUGHT IS THE GOSPEL. It couldn't be further from the truth.

As I was reading this passage of Scripture, I noticed something that I don't believe I have noticed in the past. In verse 24, Jesus says," THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN IS LIKENED UNTO A MAN WHICH SOWED GOOD SEED IN HIS FIELD:

25. BUT WHILE MEN SLEPT, HIS ENEMY CAME AND SOWED TARES AMONG THE WHEAT, AND WENT HIS WAY.

26. BUT WHEN THE BLADE WAS SPRUNG UP, AND BROUGHT FORTH FRUIT, THEN APPEARED THE TARES ALSO.

IN THE FIRST PLACE, IF MEN HAD NOT FALLEN ASLEEP ,BUT STAYED VIGILANTE, THE ENEMY WOULD NOT HAVE SOWED THESE TARES. JUST AS TODAY OUR CHURCH FATHERS AND LAY PEOPLE HAVE FALLEN ASLEEP AND NOT PAID THE ATTENTION DUE TO THE GOSPEL OF CHRIST. THEY NEEED TO PREACH THE CROSS AND NOT NONSENSE THAT TICKLES PEOPLES EARS, AND SOUNDS NICE.

SECONDLY ,WHAT REALLY STRUCK ME, WAS ONLY WHEN THE WHEAT BORE THE FRUIT DID THESE EVIL TARES BECOME ACTIVE. WHEN WE ARE SILENT THE TARES HAVE NOTHING TO WORRY OVER, BUT THEY ARE DISCOMFORTED WHEN THE CROSS OF CHRIST IS PREACHED.

JUST AS TODAY WHEN A CHRISTIAN STANDS UP FOR TRUTH AND THE SCRIPTURES DOES EVIL REAR IT'S UGLY HEAD!

PERSECUTION IS ON IT'S WAY TO AMERICA. YOU MAY THINK I AM OUT TO LUNCH, BUT IT IS BEING PLOTTED AS HOW TO BRING IT ABOUT HERE IN AMERICA.

PERSECUTION WEEDS OUT THE WHEAT FROM THE TARES, AND SOON ONE WILL BE ABLE TO DISCERN WHO KNOWS GOD'S WORD AND HIS WAYS FROM THOSE WHO ARE HIS ENEMY!

HOME SCHOOLING WILL NOT BE ALLOWED BECAUSE OF FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION,ECT,ECT,ECT. FREEDOM HAS ALWAYS BEEN A GOD GIVEN RIGHT AND THOSE WHO LOVE IT WILL HAVE TO FIGHT FOR IT AS NEVER BEFORE!        THEN ALL THOSE WHO LOVE FREEDOM, LIBERTY AND HIS WORD WILL BE PERSECUTED!

JUDE SAYS IN VERSES 3-4 THAT WE MUST EARNESTLY CONTEND FOR THE FAITH WHICH WAS ONCE DELIVERED UNTO THE SAINTS.

THEN HE TELLS US WHY : FOR CERTAIN MEN CREPT IN UNAWARES, WHO WERE BEFORE OF OLD ORDAINED TO THIS CONDEMNATION , UNGODLY MEN, TURNING THE GRACE OF GOD INTO LASCIVIOUSNESS, AND DENYING THE ONLY LORD GOD, AND OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST.

Oh, cheap grace, what a hollow sound

That can be around me found

Grace without price, grace without question

Grace that causes no reflection.

No remorse for you've paid the price

Now all I need do is act nice

No one will see, no one will know

That this cheap grace has brought me so low.

Oh, now I see, I see His Light

This costly Grace is His delight!

My ways have changed,

The old man dies and the new man listens!

With each passing day I am assured that He will be near me when I have a need.

His Love is so high

His mercy is boundless

His thoughts toward me are more numerous than the sand.

How can I ever repay such Love?

By leaning on His ever lasting Arm

Making The Lord my Trust.

And not respecting the proud

Nor those who turn aside to lies.

Where is your heart today?  Is it filled with trouble and cares of this world?

Take a little time for Jesus to speak to you. Come humblely before Him in worship and allow all your troubles to disappear. Put it in His hands for He cares for you and wants only the best for you. Hebrews 11:6   For without faith it is impossible to please Him: for he that cometh to God must believe that He Is and that He is a rewarder of them who diligently seek Him.

Oh ,The grace that has bought my soul

The Grace that has made me whole!

 The nails that pierced His Holy hands

 Were sent from God before I began

 Such love I do not deserve

But I'm so glad He had the nerve

To take my place so I can serve.

The angels of light, they think they shine bright

All without God's Holy Light

Scattered through out their speech

Bits of truth here and there

That cause one never to bear

The Fruit of Salvation's Care.

They bring to the lost soul ,blindness and shame

Never to bear His Name,

Jesus, The Christ, The Son of God.

As I continue to read Eckart Tolle's book, I am still amazed that so many are deceived by this angel of light.

Through out his writings, he has stressed that God is in everything and that there is no heaven or hell as a place. Heaven or hell is in us and we are to awaken to a new conscience of humanity, if we are to save our planet and the human race.

In the ninth chapter, page 258, he has stated, that our primary purpose is our state of consciousness. In the third paragraph, he states" Your inner purpose is to awaken. It is simple as that.You share your purpose with every other person on the planet-----because it is the purpose of humanity. Your inner purpose is an essential part of the purpose of the whole, the universe and it's emerging intelligence.

Ecclesiastes 12: 13  LET US HEAR THE CONCLUSION OF THE WHOLE MATTER:  FEAR GOD, AND KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS; FOR THIS IS THE WHOLE DUTY OF MAN.

14  FOR GOD SHALL BRING EVERY WORK INTO JUDGEMENT, WITH EVERY SECRET THING, WHETHER IT BE GOOD OR WHETHER IT BE EVIL.

Tolle does not state that Almighty God is The Whole, but the emerging intelligence of man kind in the universe. From my perspective, there is no intelligence in the universe, as he says. He puts man as god. What a joke!!!!

The only way for man to awaken , is to be born again by The Holy Spirit of God. Folks, there is no other way.

Salvation without Christ is IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!

Angels of light, they think they shine bright.

This is the reason I preach for you to STUDY The Bible.

Every one is talking about the shift that is coming. I find it disturbing! Oprah and her guru, Eckhart Tolle, the Willow Creek association for youth.

I  find it sad that so many people are falling away from The Holiness that Christ has provided, and with His own Blood!

St Paul wrote in Galatians 1: 6-12. that he too was astonished that people would turn to another gospel, which isn't even a gospel at all. He goes on to say ,not once but twice that they who do are ACCURSED!

I am sickened in my spirit that young people are falling away in record numbers to perversion. I truly believe that if they studied The Word of God, The HOLY SCRIPTURES, THE BIBLE, The LIGHT would dawn in their pitiful souls!

As a mother of three young men , I ache for these souls that are being seduced into a phony, boloney teaching! Seducing is an art form. It actually WOOS one , like a lover woos, into something they will regret. It isn't enough that they are going to hell, but they are not content until they drag others there too!

St Paul has warned time and time again of seducers and deceivers that would come in the last days. Even Matthew and Jesus warned. I am thinking , particularly of 2 Timothy 3 and 4, and Matthew 24,  2 Peter, 1,2,3 John and Jude. These chapters are so filled with everything one needs to know about the last days.

I realize I sound like a broken record about studying The Scriptures. But that is The Only Way to save your life. You will find Christ in The Scriptures, where The Holy Ghost abides, to bring you LIFE!   The flesh is so clever that it will lie to itself and convince itself that it doesn't need to read God's Words, it doesn't need salvation, it's quite find, thank you very much.

I will close in saying, Take heed that no man deceive you.  Matthew 24:4!
