Why allow one offense and not the other??
I'm not breaking this all down....just gonna say it nice and simple...
If Raphael Palmeiro gets into the Hall Of Fame....then Pete Rose should be in there as well.
I mean...the integrity of the game has been shattered in both cases. Ben Johnson was banned from everything when he tested positive for the same roid that Palmeiro gets 10 days for.
Heck, I'm at the point that if Mark McGwire, though never found guilty of anything, gets into the Hall Of Fame then Pete needs to get in there as well.

Same for Barry Bonds and Sosa. And any one old enough to remember the apples that pitchers threw to Hank Aaron whne he was going to break the record. A high schooler could have hit homers with the lazyballs served up to him.
