I know The video "Nobody's Child" might seem a bit odd to some people but I chose It especially because not only Is It an old favourite of yours, but It reminds me of the little African girl that you have been sponsoring for so many years now. Feeling Quiet
Hearing the sound of the first bird calls of the morning

yes, it is still the middle of the night but lying awake makes the hours into weeks. I should be tired, yesterday was really active. The big yin took me in the yellow banana ~~~~(8 seater Toyota to accomodate dogs and children) to mum & dads house. Dad and I walked my labs and my son's baby (huge for 5 months) lab, Taz, down through the paddock and along the river bank. Dad helped me down the banking (and he is 77 years young) and we threw stones into the water for the dogs to retreive. The sun was warm and casting its magic on the the river. Tonight my son walked with me (plus labs) around the community woodland. He threw a ball and we laughed as his little big puppy chased my dogs to pinch the ball first. His beautiful 6ft blonde partner of five years is fourteen weeks pregnant and next summer Taz will have his very own little friend to grow up with. Two of my longest friendships have surprised me by taking early retirement in April. Both brought sunshine to central government and will be missed hugely, somehow my own early retirement doesnt seem like the end of the world. Everything changes and I guess its up to us to get the most out of life. Health and Happiness matter most and that little ****** seratonin  really can affect the balance. But if you are down the morning light is guaranteed, as sure as the circle of life.

Feeling Hopeful

The big yin took me shopping, complete with dogs in the car, had fun in a charity shop. 2 nice tops. Went to a big electrical store and was greeted with a huge hug and grin from one of my former "inmates". He is back at work and his wicked sense of humour has returned. I wish him all the very best for the future. There were four of us who shared the backest of times. The other three are all back at work and returned to their former position in their company, I am the only long term told I would never  return to their former position.

Hearing vet programme

did you know that empathy can trigger the determination to carry on? j landers are special people with a depth of understanding that is encouraging without being intrusive. Dressed and walked the dogs twice since 0630. The wee yin put the coal fire on when I was away. Just very tired today (its all in my head) so waiting til tomorrow to tackle chores but switched on the pc amazingly. Thank you all for comments and emails, each and every one made a difference.

I hope I can give something back one day.

not getting out of bed today, in the black hole, doesnt take much to tip the balance. Letter confirming disability and described as 'self neglect'. dont want to upset anyone or ruin their weekend so best to hide away. The big yin has gone shopping and the wee yin taking dogs out. not sure why I am entering this blogg,had one to delete, my judgement is lacking.
