another day


not getting out of bed today, in the black hole, doesnt take much to tip the balance. Letter confirming disability and described as 'self neglect'. dont want to upset anyone or ruin their weekend so best to hide away. The big yin has gone shopping and the wee yin taking dogs out. not sure why I am entering this blogg,had one to delete, my judgement is lacking.

    I find there are days the balance is much more fragile than others yet we have to try and find our way out of the darkness as the light is so much better.  I hope tomorrow finds you brighter.   Sending you a little hug today..

    C'mon lady loo. We need you out that place and back here where you belong. A brand new day tomorrow. If we are really lucky, the sun may shine! Okay, This is embarrassing but true, and If this doesn't make you smile, nothing will!. You ready??. Mister man went back on that bike and guess what? He fell off again! This time, It was stationary! He slipped in some mud and landed on the same side! Now, once can be forgiven but twice? and when the bike is not moving? I, just shake my head. He is fine just a little flushed in the face!! lol. :-) Love Pam xx

    i know the depths some of these black holes have, and that the ladder seems out of reach at times, but there are lots of people here more than willing to offer hands , hugs , whatever you need,
