Site Errors Seen This Morning...

Heya folks,

You may have noticed some slowdown with the site this morning. All should be resolved and speeding up again now, we just have a bunch of blogs linked from all over today (because AOL bloggers are writing such great stuff), and had to do some regiggering of link formats.

Generally speaking, if any of you ever link to your blog from a high traffic place (digg or slashdot, for example), be sure to link to the single entry page (the link you get when you click "link to this entry") instead of the whole blog. Things will go muuuuch faster.

I was astonished and appalled last night to find that a piece of artwork that I posted on my journal led to me being TOSSED. The painting sold for ten thousand dollars and was a stylized flower painting resembling a woman's vulva. Without any of my own feedback, the entry was deleted. Michalangelo's David shows a penis. Would that be TOSSED? Flipping through J-land I find a simply astonishing amount of things that are at least as offensive as the prude who deleted my flower painting entry. I am not a pornographer, I am a Quaker mother who homeschools her children, delivers babies, and is a rather gentle soul. This violation of my journal--over art--hurts me deeply. I have over three years invested in my journal. It hurts to think of moving.

yes I noicted the outage however was able to get the jouranls on IE.
