We had another issue with the site for a few hours this afternoon where, once again, people may have had some difficulties getting blogs to load.
This is two problems within four days, and I know, it's pretty unacceptable. The team will be meeting with the operations folks (they who control the servers) tomorrow to figure out a good and hopefully fast solution to the problem. After all, what good is a blog if you can't publish, write, or comment?
Oh, and since I didn't really acknowledge it before and I'm doing my apologies, sorry to the UK folks for all of the problems they've been dealing with over the past few days. I know they're not all blogs related, but we're one big company here, and I just want you to know that we do hear your frustration and appreciate you sticking with us through the mess.

Heya Sam -
I fully agree with you that your favorites not transferring over is a problem. At this point, I know very little about open ride, but I am looking into the issue and will get back to you again as soon as I can. -
Yes, I have some questions about Openride. I downloaded Openride yesterday and have been giving it a spin. Interesting, to say the least, My concern, though, is that all of "My Favorites" did not transition over from AOL 9.0. Only a few sites that I saved from the Internet came across to Openride.
Not a single journal made it into the favorites section on OpenRide. I have over a hundred journals listed in My Favorites and it is cumbersome to try and find these journals since there seems to be no alphabetical journals list to choose from when looking for journals. If all of My Favorites can't be imported, I don't think I will want to continue using OpenRide. Any suggestions?

Hello~
Not to worry, I understand that these outages happen. I have had my fare share of problems with AOL journals today and over the weekend. But I know that you and everyone will get it fixed....:-)
Keep up the great work!
