MVP
Chauncy Billiups for MVP
Need i say more. He is the arguably the best point guard in the league right now. He holds this team together. He brings em back when it looks like things may slip away. He does all the intangibles He SCORES, He PASSES, He hits the BIG SHOT. I mean what more does this guy have to prove to be recognized around the league?
He has my vote for MVP even we aren't even to the half way point yet. He should be on the starting lineup for the All Star game. At least he will get the coaches vote in.

--im curious to what Nash's turnovers are--
Nash is middle of the road in turnovers, but he leads the League in assists. Beyond that, in the Suns' wild offense, no one could avoid those turnovers; the Pistons' slower, more physical style gives Chauncey more time to carefully consider what he's going to do. Nash has to be more instinctive, more instantly reactive.
I don't know, call me old-fashioned. Give me a classic point guard like Steve Nash, who thinks only of commanding his team on the floor and assisting them to score, over a Jason Kidd/Chauncey Billups/Tony Parker or, God help us, Gilbert Arenas type anytime. Some things are just meant to be pure, and being a point guard is one of them.

Something about Nash irritates me. He is eratic he reminds me of Lindsay Hunter but better. High Energy is fun to watch but after a while it gets so you wanna go "dude take a chill pill". I dont know the stats but im curious to what Nash's turnovers are(id look it up but i gotta get to work and im lazy). I know Billups are way down.

Above Steve Nash? Come on, Nash is doing just as well for the Suns as Chauncey's doing for the Pistons--and Nash is a classic pure point guard in the Cousy/Stockton/Oscar tradition. You've got to give the preference for the classics when both the old style and the new are doing equally well for their teams.
