Swell my first entry is going to be a sad one but oh well ....Off we go.

Well if you read my old Blog DetroitTigersWeekly you will know that i have been calling for Alan Trammels head since about mid August. Well it happened today finally after 3 horrific seasons Alan Trammel is out as Tigers Manager.

It was a tough year for the Tigers which was very dissappointing.  The Tigers started the season with Much Promise, but came up with nothing. 20 games below .500 when you were sitting close to 500 near the end of august is pretty sad.  I dont konw the total stats(im not a stat guy) but i believe they only one 7 or 8 games in the month of September.  Sounds to me like the Manager lost his team.  So it was time for Tram to go.  Word is Jim Leyland is the front runner.  Not my choice but a good one if he does come.  I was thinking of waiting and seeing if The Devil Rays fire Lou Pinella, now i would like to see him come here. 

Anyway Farewell Trammel, You will still be Reveled as a great player.

Lions Weekly is no more so here is my Lions blurb of the week.

More Bad News............Lions lose a tough one to the Bucks.   Definitely someone needs to talk to the replay officials and explain to them that if you have possession b4 the white line ITS A TOUCHDOWN. Replay showed he had possession b4 reaching the whitel... WHAT WERE the replay officialls looking at.....apparently they dont understand INDISPUTABLE EVIDENCE.  BAD BAD CALL.....Cant take it back but hey Think Possitively The LIONS are still in FIRST PLACE.
