Remember how, a month or so before Phoenix actually landed on Mars, there was great speculation about what the surface would look like when the probe opened its cameras for the first time? Lots of people were creating their own "artist's impressions" of what they thought the floor of Green Valley would look like, myself included. How did I do? Well, if you take a look at this...
... I think you'll agree I wasn't too far out, was I?
