Colouring in Mars...
Here are some colourised images of Mars... these started their lives as black and white pictures, and I've added colour and generally played about with them until they look - well, more martian! :-)

Onwards, Spirit...
The Mars Exploration Rover SPIRIT is on the move again, after many months of resting on Low Ridge Haven. She is going to head back to a possibly volcanic feature called "Homeplate", on what might well possibly be the last leg of her epic journey. She now must rank as one of the greatest explorers in history. Here, two other famous explorers, Lewis and Clark, urge her onwards...

"Martian Grafitti"
In a hundred years' time, native martians decide to celebrate and commemorate the achievements of the Mars rover "Opportunity" in an appropriate manner...

Note: this is a real martian rock, christened "Wopmay", which Oppy found on the floor of Endurance Crater...
