I am sitting in PHX on a 3 hour (so far) delay and figured I would try to catch up on some journal entries. Good to see you have been writing again :-)

Hmmm Things I miss:  hmmmm Ok old TV's were fun.  Do you remember the OLD VCR's?  When they first had remote controls you had a long wire that ran to the machine.  They were fun!  If you held the remote you had the power to unwittingly trip whoever you were mad at that day.

I can definitely see how you are back in the swing of things .. dealing with the delighful everyday horrors that come your way.

I had to laugh at the part of not hurling the alarm clock across the room, since I did that once when I hit the button to shut it off and it wouldn't go off.. so I jerked the power cord out of the wall and it still wouldn't go off ( back up batteries I guess) and then slung it across the room against the wall and it finally shut up.

Glad to hear you were pleasently surprised with the financial end of of all your car woes!!!!

Now just get rid of that possessed tea kettle!!!

Without sound 'cliche'... when it rains.. it pours!  I had my A/C in the house go out on me, right when our 100 degree weather started and I was seeing lots of $$$$ swimming past my line of vision!  Turned out it was only 325.00.  Had a burned out motor.  Could of been more, so I was grateful.
I'm glad things are starting to get back to normal for you, Jimmy.
Thanks for stopping by my journal and leaving a comment!

    Hugs

You've had a rough week.  At least things weren't of the refinance level!  Hope next week's better.
