The NSA/KGB has done everything to surround us with people who do not know us, but those who befriend John at work, destroy our health increasinlyg using John under these states of mind, back and forth while terrorzing my son and I, and using weapons on my spouse, with weapons, all of thie planned when they set up the RICO crimes in Newark for continued cover up of radiation crimes.

John stayed at his grandmothers from Mon to Thurs when I had jury duty of all things while just coming out of shock to the brain from weapons and extreme radiation. We are having radiation effects of many, many types. I spoke to my father about the things, and he seemed fine, and remembered the past things I spoke of according to my harassment. My mother then told me when calling me to come get our son that my father's 'dementia'  (another 10 million people suddenly have dementia. My father underwent an electronic stroke an harassment from 1995 to present, also rudely treated, complained of helicopters before it gets worse) was worsened and that he could not get up, was very cold, not getting out of bed at all, not eating. When I got there, he was 'reading,' speaking fine. She stated that the 'nurse' checked his whole body and had reasons for all the symptoms. She told us almost a year ago, she didn't think he would make it many more weeks. My mother appears constantly to be oblivious to even the 9-11 icident or anyhing else.

Each time for the last month, when I tried to discuss with John in addition to regarding the crimes on us, that he needed to help do things, to plan that vacation and money becauase of being brought to broke again, having to take out the loan because of it, and having very many accrued needs along with bills. Click. Click. Click. He constantly hangs up on us for months, including his son when he hears he needs to do something. When I first went to my mothers to watch my father for the week before this jury duty, I called John in the evenening, and I tried to state to him again, that because of the accrued bills and needs that he needed to help. (without mentioning even though I signed this loan after the 19,000 he did not remember taking out in cash draw and had no idea why and that I was trying to find someone who would help also with this harassment)

When I came back from my mothers, on the week I had to have jury duty he still mentioned nothing. He then, for about two days, was a totally different person, discussed the spraying in the sky right over head, and I discussed again the ongoing weapons harassment. He suddenly began to be oh-so loving for these two days. He then went to rent movies, one being a NSA movie, of course showing their total self-need and insecurities in driving them to such secrecy that they overlook anything else. In any case, he stated, again, that he had information for a campground site to take us to. John stated that he hadn't watched television in several days and he seemed like a whole new person. (This is not just television, but ongoing crimes on us as my son and I actually radiate, and they still use signals, and every kind of mind control).

When I picked our son up at my mothers on Friday we had lunch then went to see my sister and then came home. We didn't get home until later. But, when our son speaks to John again, John just stares blank, doesn't answer, acts as if he has some reason to torture our son by not showing one response or concern for him or any love. His son began in his fit again, "Forget it!" "Dad hates me!" He does this to John over and over and over again. NSA is using mind control. (See photos of John in chair)

I have asked John again, each month, to take days off or plan days for a trip. He says he'll look, and never mentions it again. Then, sporadically, he'll tell us he has information on a camp ground, but never mention it again. He does this with everything there is. Each day, mentioning things to us then never mentioning it again. NSA continues with weapons to try breaking down all communication by the time we move to Dover, and increasing through severe confusion, by weapons to the body using agents near people and from towers and remote locations to continue with their crimes.

John never does anything with our son. Yet, since our son only likes trees now because of it, although he also has interest in his veg stand, and I help him and try to encourage himto do other things, he has done some things with him regarding the trees. Now, M. Meyers qestioned 'me' about what we do because my son and I are the targets here first now. The weekly blood tests John (father) had to keep going to, medicine for 'blood thinning' and his Emergecny Room visists weren't enough for them to destroy. NSA/CIA and using the FBI terrorized my son and I while having my spouse in these states and continue fabricating lies in any way for ill health and more lies and death to cover uptheir most heinous crimes.

Already, we discussed, again, how no one is going to spend in such severe confusion, circles, and spend over 150,000 when in fact, we have had financial plans which NSA also took each time, using surveillance, and then increasing weapons attacks so that it cannot be met. They incrased, after taking a financial book I made in Newark, with their setup of RICO crimes and torture. They have tried everything for financial breaking, and they use criminals hired as 'agents,' by bribes in businesses, and loan firms, to bring people broke or homeless, and then arrest those working in the firms as 'agents' just as they later arrest the CIA agents as 'spies.'

So, as I continue to try to make plans for us, John is only going in circles, and NSA attacks my son with severe torture. I know, because they did increasingly to myself using John in this same way on me.

He prosmises his son he will do things. Then he consistently refuses to ever discuss it again. Then he brings it up again.

I asked our son why he still did not take these clocks back which he picked up in November, at the time he suddenly began getting these phone calls for loans on his cell phone at work, nonetheless. Funny, I got no loan calls, and it was my phone before giving it to John. I used that phone number on my website regarding the crimes. My son, at my mothers, when I asked him about these clocks that his father said he would take and fix (sometimes telling me he couldn't fix them and I had asked John to take them back before). He stated that his father was not going to take them back. And it doesn't matter what it is; we have accumulated hundreds of things that we haven't done because of this mind control and daily weaponry, increased terrorizing tactics they used in public for it. They still use the signals and some agents, especially if we're going to see someone. They use radiation, though not as high as when I reported it and they committed another felony on me (which lasted another two months of high radiation and my brain staying in shock and trauma until May 2007) and different forms of mind control still each day.

By 2006, the daily terrorizing on our bodies and brains, and effects, dehydration, dizziness, sensitivity to light, became worse along with John's throwing up of blood. I had radiation poisoning several times, though it was bad on all of us in 1998-2000, before they set up more heinous crimes to cover it up.

They have conference calls for victims. Most victims, like all holocaust survivors continue being victimized. It is a continuous holocaust of mafia racketeering. Over 80 years in South America, in radiation crimes, drug cartel, "human study,' microwave crimes b revolving CIA agents with bogus 'studies' not even neccessary, and the only plans in South America is more organized crime.

There is daily racketeering in 'Human Testing' of which then needs wars, geting rid of everyone from agents, politicians (many politicians of our own indicted or plane crashes just since 2000), victims of previous testing, and the whole country going through Katrinas, mine accidents, and wrecking, along with trillions each day in more 'Human Study' and trillions each day selling brain software, brain implants while killing whole generations of people they last used and agents currently used.

Just to note, the attacks on Jewry have not been without planning. In New York, they were already using high manipultion for conflict and deaths. They had many more explosions (the radiation levels high--I'm wondering about the New Jersey area) and have not stopped separating people by races, or gays, moving people around by covert wars, and they are still, in chaos killing Jewish people. While they killed with death squads another 10 million U.S. citizens, including Jewish doctors, attorneys, and scientists of every type, Rabbis, women, children, they haven't stopped creating deaths through 'chaos' and they have only increased drug cartel, crimes in the country, along with imports, and the Jewish they imported, they also set up for attacks, or in old homes where they are 'studying' on them again, the other immigrants taking up the count of population being for drug running and crimes on U.S. (not meaning all non-Jewish). Those who only study law, Torah, are most naive, like I was whiel they set up extreme attacks, anthrax, attempted kidnapping on our son, and very harsh attacks, tried NSA mind controls for 'religion' which was nationwide (see NSA scripts for 'end times' and 'Christs return'), put my brain nto shock, had some short guy with chains and tattoos getting into the water system in Newark, and then such increased attacks and radiation attacks, then more weapons, and any attempt to cover up the crimes. What they do on Jewish people is a 'crush' at all costs, with so many terrorists and set ups or something and then attacks with 'helpers' or 'emergency workers' so that no one really knows what took place but 'war.' The emergency workers' are all under serious mind control, no people with many, many years of experience, and many who believe in this 'population control' or other ideas. The 'population control' theories are nothing but hogwash. In gross activity and crimes, there is a higher population in poordom of which they use for more 'human study' while killing off Jewish and intelligence. Many Jewish doctors were also set up, indicted, or murdered.

The Crimes begin on children as myself. They implant, using doctors, dentists, military intelligence, and do many other things on all people, rotating the people they use, under 'Human Testing.' By the time the person(s) are dead they usually know nothing. Then, after fifty more years of it on the public under such massive CIA programs that are fictcious to begin with, the Drug Cartel and Mafia need a 'war.' After having 'trials' by the same profitting for MKULTRA and other CIA 'studies' they go on to wars on every former agent, person used in these 'studies' and now the whole country, not arresting the top military leaders and those in 'security' until later. They set up Homeland Security in each country, and use foreign agents as they are doing here, under NSA using more agents for attacks as they go along to terrorize and destroy the family. At last, after massive genocide, including in Israel, Africa, Sudan, Russia, the United States, Australia (another Rabbis wife just run off the road), and all other countries right now. They have also done many things to our son. They attack sexully, which they increased through radiation, the never stop hitting the body with weapons, using one person or many with weapons and then usng others who are too ignorant to know what is taking place, creating more 'investigation' lies to cover up their crimes. They attack with higher radiation and sex crimes with weaons while falling off to sleep). While the top pedophiles and Drug Cartel make money from 'Human Testing'  Rome and other Drug Cartel in the White House who kidnap and terrorize children under NSA each year (cases like Jon Benet Ramsey and hundreds of thousands), the very reason that they have to keep attacking anyone intelligent; they spread out more and more lies to cover up the crimes. This is als why they set up 'questioning' regarding 'Masonry' and child ritual after my friend came to my home discussing her fathers involvement in it (as all Masons are not). Then they attempted kidnapping on my son, which I went to report, and as the crimes against us advance, they simply ignore the complaints, deny rights, and terrorized, daily as they fabricate lies.

The Russian military leader and the rest of security have now been arrested as reports came out, over10 million people dead, 750,000 a year in Russia under these crimes, including everyone from bottom to top bankers. Many people do not realize that even during years of 'testing' they are actually using many, many lies, through agents. For example, after using me in studies at age 7, which I just spoke of with my father (who suddenly had a stroke and was also being targeted in 1995 and left on the sidewalk by 'police' instead, at this time having KGB operatives increasing in the U.S. along with Mossad). we were driving and someone called to report a car exactly like ours, with identical references to mine and my sisters appearances, and my parents and the car, having them pulled over. He is now accused of having dementia, yet each time we speak to him, he seems fine. He has the same symptoms of those being tested on, which includes millions of elderly (see elderly home arrests). They surround the victims with stupid people and with agents who are too stupid to understand the purges and that they are goingto be indicted or murdered by the mob. Not one used in Russia, except for a few being used temporarily here, went without being indicted, long sentences, or murdered. Finally, in 1989, they turned over new agents, continued with killings of those linked from Russian studies on Americans, began terrorizing former agents and indictments of those used in businesses to cover up gross crimes. At this time targeting us more with microwave weapons and abuses and any attempt at destruction. By 1995, they increased attacks of 'mind control' and the rest will be in here. They increased such gross abuses, and still continue now, believing that their daily disruption and terrorizing, using weapons all day long, their very crimes on the body and brain, while the victims are simply trying to live, are going to be their 'investigation'--the very effects of weaons on us.They are doing this to Israel as well and Jews in the United States and Russia.

And, each year, they get rid of millions of intelligent children, women and men by direct weaponry and simly lies through hundreds of agents who target the person by NSA orders with weapons, and fnally trying to ue psych lies, under 'Human Testing' and then use fake psychs to help get rid of them. What they dont tell you, is that over 5,000 fake psychs were just killed, indicted while the money goes to the mob (see arrests and deaths of psychs on other pages.) All of the agents in crime, whether helping knowingly or unknowingly are the next targets. Including in Israel. Over another 20 million Jewish people in middle east countries since 1950. Everyone is cycled around this crime for the mob, who then hires twenty year olds who can't wait to have this 'secret' career, and millions of intelligent colleges students are victims right now.

By 1989, the Bush family, Rockefellers and only a few others taking off with all goods and money in Swiss banks and oil, had used thousands of stupid-minded, programmed agents, who believe in their ideological wars, on myself and others for constant 'scientific' testing, neural implants. Many of those used in this 'science,'  including Rabbis and millions of other people, were killed throughout the late 1980's to the present with induced microwave deaths. We were in the line of those ongoing deaths while they set up new states, when they increase one crime after the other in an attempt for death on John and myself. When that fails, they continue having someone at the top of NSA's underground continue directing crimes ordered from Gonzalez to other attorneys downward and keep firing them one after the other to cover up the lies, and finally believe they will make unfounded claims of being 'mental' and all while the media has announced these crimes using the FBI and NSA, they continue committing daily crimes fro signals to cause illness, to radiation and fabricating 'surveillance' while doing so to 'substantiate' their lies based on destroying our lives.

Holocausts have continued forever, since 1920's having signals intelligence, and still using every 'research' institute for it on all populations. They have denied me my normal living for 31 years through microwave studies, ongoing from the Cameron/Mengele studies under Hitler, and have increased torture by signals and radiation, increasingly since 1989. Daily torture by signals is illegal. It was used under Hitler, Stalin, and ongoing on all popuolations since then. It was and is used in Israel as well.

In 1989, they set up former KGB and Mossad, while killing those Mossad who say anything out of their programmed order to terrorize the U.S.  The Mossad never protected Israel or Israelis because the NSA's worldwide continue weeding out one after the other who will not act as a playing board piece for war. Each day in Israel it was planned to weed out whole generations. The Mossad is told that it will "take another thrity years for this 'war for Jerusalem'" By this time, there are many more for continuous wars and the weapons production and testing only increases with different war names.

Chicago is set up with Eugenics along with other areas for Jews, 'half' Jews, and every other lie for pseudo-psychiatry and some of the Vaticans friends in eugenics who believe these heresies.

The 'Satanic' holocaust Pope who will bring about a 'new' church after the purges is set up after the death of Pope John Paul, II.  One of Pope John Pauls favorite songs was, "Time to Say Goodbye" because he knew that many Jews would be killed for this and he would die the also. This was stated in the interview in 2000, along with the set forth 'Holy Wars' using the media, between Islam, Jews, and Christians.

Since I have neural implants, and on each day, I had dreams and suddenly came across each event, the Clinton/Bush administrations, set this woman up to continue attacks on me. Since I believe in Torah, they attacked me using Christian/Satanic scripts and Dee Arpino, linked to the Unitarian Church and Roman Catholicism, for harassment and terrorizing while fabricating the very opposite each day of what the person is, denying any right to education and life. This is what they do to each person in Israel and around the world. Each day, they use these individuals from Roman Catholic Missionaries, to the Moon Cults, to terrorists brought into the coutnry after this, and use extremely high radiation which they think they are going to blame on Israel. They have already killed millions of people linked to Israel.

As I tried to teach my son those things that are based on basic Torah, they set up Jewish/Christian/Roman Catholic 'hate' lies simply by their own fabrications, while using scripts, direct signals, because the KGB and other criminal agents needed Christian wars. They had already used hundreds of agents to commit crimes from 1989 onward, entering the home, pulling up and leaving, using microwave weapons. They will deny everyone any kind of real right to education and study by their criminal, apathetic agents.

They used microwave programming on my spouse to never stick to anything, go in circles, erase his memory, and now the mess to fix is over 15 years, and I am stuck with it. The NSA's goals are to deny any rights. This is not about just thousands of dollars and a mess each day that they have cost, but our lives. The agents would encourage John each day in his confusion and then apathy, then controlling everything even though he works, forcing us daily into a mess, while they increased severe radiation on myself and my son with outward crimes. Over one million Jewish people were blacklisted and many more right now, because of their crimes. The NSA, Biden, who was friends withDee Arpino, Katz, both on the Airforce board using these weapons, those they are using in NSA, and the Bush administration is still committing crimes daily which they think they are going to get away with it because at any time, they can keep directing weapons, and then use one of their goons to fabricate "FBI" lies or some other lie of 'mental illness.' 

Each and every day, they have terrorized my son and I, and will not stop. They have interferred with our nornal plans each day for no other reason than their profits and lies. They have killed millions of Jews while they keep these criminal elements. They want the public to believe any other kind of lie.

Neither is this lie and illegal action new nor for Israel. Before setting out these lies, they killed all around the Temple, leaders, the IDF, and set up more programmd individuals in the Mossad and the Temple to believe "from when they start' it is 'for Israel' or for 'Population control' or for 'Eugenics' and so on. In any case, every single day with the millions of agents and with direct satellite, the Clinton/Bush/Rockefeller wars have committed crimes using radiation and will not stop, terrorized my son and myself daily for years and will not stop with the crimes. My spouse is aware of it and discussed their crimes downtown along with letters.

NSA and the Bush administration thinks they are going to blacklist me, as I have written many letters even before the last retaliation. My spouse discussed under 'surveillance' each day, their retaliation. It is the idea of the NSA, that they will keep my body and brain connected by satellites and by calling others fro other operations for continued daily torment by radiation, having already cost myself and my son years of trauma, disruption by their crimes and they believe that by manipulating our move by daily surveillance and killing friends that they will get others to help keep isolating and fabricating daily lies while doing so.

Canada is not taking thousands of Jews who have been terrorized for nothing. There are not thousands of Jews set up as sexual abuse victims for nothing. Millions have been blacklisted until their death by those who do not follow Jewish law but their own, do not follow anything but gangsters in crime. And those in Israel were killed in all areas from top to bottom in the same way. NSA blocks phone lines, e-mails, and incoming and believes they are going to get away with their lies in this Bush administration.

They just had my spouse commit another serious crime on us while hitting me with high weapons for over 7 years, and pulse weapons, eveyr kind of iritant radiation and still doing it, though the 'crimes' by my spouse he cannot figure out why he did it or even remember what he did. John spent over 22 years in the CIA/NSA and areas. I myself spent years studying and the NSA, Bush administration has continued committing these crimes because they believe that since they killed or arrested thousands of people and friends in this operation, destroying us financially over and over again, harassing daily since 1989, manipulating this move, terrorizing in public but fabricating the opposite lies AFTER committing the crimes each time. This is ongoing radiation crimes. It is no different than those used on Israelis to cause controlled wars through 'mind controls' until they got their weapons deals money, in Russia, and every other place.

They desroyed all daycares leaving people without any schools. They disrupted persons even in Jewish schools to bring about the wars, which is why we began home schooling. Only one of their crimes. Two children kidnapped at one school I had our son in.

Now, when I said something, and my friend Ruth came to the home and discussed the Masonic crimes, this is when they set up their crimes against myself even more using Dee Arpino, and in addition to traumatizing by attempting kidnapping on my son, which I reported to Newark Police Department, and Dover, and still they keep committing crimes by their lies and will not stop.

So, the Bush administration knew that I cared about our son and we sat down and discussed it. We discussed homeschooling and John agreed he would 'get help' for his 'problem' which happens to be microwave weapons. So, NSA began more severe terrror attacks on us using lying agents each day as they still are right from the top.

So, NSA keeps using one crime after the other to manipulate the victims into another area, where they commit other crimes and arrests, forcing people with any intelligence into daily crimes against them. Their other choice is to be part of their criminal system which includes their agents acting as terrorists, their sodomites in NSA, their criminals in politics (many fired already for crimes or indicted or killed) and in all areas. They continued manipulating around us by these secondary and tertiary crimes in society and by the use of millions of criminal agents simply given lies.

They decided to fabricate 'opposite' lies whch is what takes place on those who stand up for any truth or even Torah beliefs. While John, in his circles says he is depressed or doesn't know what his problem is, each day they fabricated lies using agents like Dee Arpino and still sending lies daily while using signals on me each day by different areas, they decide in addition to their other thousands of lies that they can always settle for their favorite lie of 'mental' as they did to our babysitter as well. They are going to have John abuse and argue in circles, not even remembering what he did a month before, and fabricate daily lies on me. In any way they can destroy, this is what they did each day in Israel and worldwide. You don't see what the individual said, or who they really are before they walk out and get attacked.

For 17 years, while I am an outgoing, active person, the NSA purposely used my spouse from despondency to committing financial crimes with NSA/CIA so as to have me trying to fix these manipulations, rolling change, trying to fix the crimes committed on my career, and back to another fixing a problem from their crimes, as now I have over 5 years of projects, 15 years behind on my regular education goals because of their crimes, and other paperwork from their crimes daily, still radiating the body.

After discussing home schooling because of the daycares, we discussed what housing area would be important. Through 'cyberwarfare,'  extreme and increasing radiation, and mass lies and agents, they set out to destroy that as well and to move us to where they could continue committing crimes.

Every single day, through radiation attacks, they disrupt the very things that we would be. Bob Lilley said to me, "I bet you would like the ocean, a place where you can get lots of sun and activity."  The NSA set out to terrorize us daily so that was the opposite place we would be. In every instance, they set out to destroy everything the person wants, wants to do, would do, and keep radiating all day just to keep tormenting because they are criminals. There are many criminal Rabbis as well involved in this, along with the govnernors all knowing of the deaths, including the deaths of Mossad and Rabbis used in Africa for purges when in the end it is about money.

In each conversation with my spouse, on what was important, they used agents to destroy that, and each day they got rid of agents to transfer their lies to keep destroying by these fabricated secret lies and blacklisting. And they think, like in Israel, after such attacks, that they are going to get away with their lies.

This is not an 'elite' kidnapping and spying ring but a criminal, stupid, gangster run agenda; so massive, that for anyone today, to ignore it and the deaths in Israel and abroad on one after the other and anyone with one word other than believing it is just about the Iraqi war, another area where these crimes will be set up and refugees brought back in after the war.

Basically, those in all areas, the death squads, the CIA, the NSA agents, the KGB, can keep committing crimes as they are set up to do, every day fabricate lies, send people anthrax, commit crimes on their children, kidnap, put them in prostituting rings acting as state agencies, keep using weapons on anyone by the shear fabrications of lies, all while denying it and continuing to commit crimes based on the fact that they have no law whatsoever (also see other corruption and arrests after they use these people for the crimes). Many, including those formerly in the administration, have written about the murders behind the court room and the injustice, payoffs taking place but then indicting those used.

In my case it was through bodily harm many times, threat to life by phone and in person, and in private home, with severe radiation and pulse weapons used in causing temporary disruptions, illness, blacking out, being put unconscious, and withhundreds of other reports to reporting agencies, while they have committed more crimes in retaliation for reporting them and the ongoing denial of any change of this torture state on us while still radiating. (Note the hospital documents, recently in retaliation for reporting again, where in addition to other illegal and falsified documentation, she noted, 'feels safe at home' when they were given this information here) And, they committed these crimes right after I gave an attorney in Dover (as well as many others) the FBI (CIA/DEA) crimes on us.

The KGB/CIA was using the audio=acoustic radio signals for many years and by the time massive reports are disseminated on 'low level conflict' they had fired many scientists, many died or were killed in Russia and here. The manipulation in marriages by the KGB/NSA has been substantiated. In any case, by the increase of threats to life and torture, they deny any divorce while they are really torturing bot partners and manipulating in any way they can. This happened not only in the Fred Neulander case, but thousands of other cases. In this case, they have used weapons on John for years, increasing torture using whoever they can while committing acts of war on myself and our son, and killing those who have witnessed it, using erasure methods on John, causing such severe circles in real time crimes. Those who are usuallly calm or have not committed crimes, are tortured [into fabricated secret files imagined by the abusers] as many around us were violently attacked to keep thier lies going. The plans for having a 90% divorce rate, and separating families has been documented even by government reports and 'military' figures. When the family is tortured, and such political activity as now is taking place, there is not much anyone can do. By the time, one sees these notices, they have spent some time using weapons and most are not aware of it. Since they committed outward crimes, including documented crimes and personal contact, increasingly since 1989, and severe acts of war using 'Homeland Security' even before 9-11 (See KGB and North American Union), then they are going to keep committing the crimes. Anyone can go along with the crime, just as the millions of murderers that the administration is using in public right now, let out of death row (2003) and the same used with death squads worldwide are being used here. Very few will not go along with the crimes until their death. Since Bush and other friends have investments in death ships (reported at the same time the Haliburton camps were reported) and death hospitals disguised as 'psych' hospitals, we can only expect, after millions were fired to see such 'mental illness' diagnosis by the hired, red-herring attackers. This includes millions of Jewish persons. 

The weapons abuses took this extreme control in WWII, whereas millions died, thousands admitted to crimes of some sort which they were asked to do, millions indicted by'suddenly' committing crimes without knowing why. There were hired gaukers under Stalin as well, who were the seediest they come, later shot for their 'efforts' to shutothers up. When one is going through torture, they know it, and they aren't going through it for any reason but so some can continue with the most profits and the whole rest of the society is set up to be used in this war against the public.

The first thing done in World War is to deny justice or make victims feel they have no justice which has been taking place. Of course, they tried many Jewish for crimes if they would murder or steal as in thousands of recent cases by radio-control and also back through the 1980's and 90's. Through this radio frequency control, people are being totally manipulated with step by step elimination of the next they can get others to blow off as something normal if they even see any news on the thousands of cases. No justice in the United States at this time, and not on any race or religion have these weapons been used for anything good. They were used in Israel for years to create extended confusion and conflict, rather than deflate it or spare lives. But, once the public is 'told' that Israel is the bad guy, the weapons are used to keep the public opinion that way. In addition, there was no 'leader' in Israel directing all of these microwave weapons but masses of people set up worldwide using them in every area, as all of the other deaths, still being used corruptly on just about all people.

This is part of one of my reports to the Torture Board. Since this is real-time signals harassment, NSA knows that they torture upon what the victim 'doesn't know' in real time harassment. Because this was more than harassment, but acts of war with extreme weapons use on the body and brain, then unlike some victims who already know 'some reason' they are being attacked or were involved in political affairs, or some other activity, or worked in some area of the government, NSA also took even more advantage by putting the brain into shock with severe, multiple use of weapons by 2000. They did not just use the FBI, but every single person they could withing businesses which were later closed with firings of NSA agents, while using other radiation weapons on top of the original shock to the brain. Because they had already been destroying friends in one way or the other or they died, intimidation of many, and because they could manipulate spouse (still) through these weapons for years, they committed even more crimes.

All holocausts consist of this type of activity. I have much evidence, and believe that the actual surveillance began long before the year 1999, except that I was not aware of some of it until retrospective thought or perhaps because there are so many people involved in this type of activity. However, when I was called by my doctor, a military doctor, in 1989 and told that he did a head scan and found something of importance and that I should come in, he disappeared along with my records. And the severe harassment beginning in 1999 began when I happened, during studying a chapter on neurophysiology, to come across a website, ACHES, depicting the abuse of people by government agencies, and I decided to check the patents to see if such objects of harassment, particularly tracking devices installed behind the nose, and other implants existed. It was also at this time that my friend was being followed, harassed, targeted with microwave weapons, unable to get out of bed (wake up), sounds emitted to her by the same weapons. Because she did not get immediate help, her brain was shocked, as is documented by a surgeon. It was at this time, with my contact with two people in particular, that I began to be a target.

First of all—the very idea that I should have to be writing this and constantly having to defend myself from criminal actions by this administration, that I am constantly attacked by thedouble-sided political criminals, weapons, and having proof of it, while being blocked from any justice or injunction is a crime.

ALL PEOPLE IN THIS ADMINISTRATION WHO ARE NOT GOING TO GO ALONG WITH THEIR CRIMES, AND LIES HAVE EITHER BEEN FIRED, THEIR LICENSES TAKEN AWAY, OR QUIT.

Secret surveillance goes on forever. Most people do not notice it. Under this rogue administration (of which they will never be anything but remote dummies—dread), their next victim is not allowed to hold Judaic beliefs or values but must fit into their crimes, be an agent of crime, or they are going to terrorize in every kind of way to force the victim to believe in cult brainwashing and commit a crime-- and IF that doesn’t work, they will simply write secret crimes down ANYWAY.

* The NSA “programming” script in itself, used for direct control of the brain and harassment is criminal. They are going to “control” someone’s brain, using criminals, and then send out people to harass the victim for the very thoughts they send to the brain.

*A surveillance system was ‘set up’ long before 9/11, before the year 1999, apparently just because my husband was in the Navy and Intelligence and because I am an intellectual

*Continued financial destruction through obtaining immediate personal banaking and financial planning so that they could use agents for paperwork and other harassment and financial destruction through “frying” the brain while trying to accomplish tasks.

*Setting up a surveillance system, without probable cause and continuing to harass and terrorize and throw me/us into shock for over six years without any reason

*Surveilling, with intent to harass on a twenty-four-hour basis, based on religion, race, being an intellectual, believing in God, reading, and harassment over every other belief and any other unknown reason, anything that is said in private, after being threatened and harassed with microwave and electromagnetic weapons

*Setting up a surveillance system with the intent to de-humanize, de-characterize, slander and harass by “word of mouth” an innocent person

*Using state agencies to turn an innocent person against the state, and the state against an innocent person by believing they have done something, forcing the person to lose trust in the state for help, through falsified information to those agencies

Surveilling with the use of terror and harassment without any notice to the public as to what was happening causing extreme fear of personal safety and death

*Pulling up in front of my house and staring then taking off when I got up to see what they wanted, on one day keeping me inside with fear for over eight hours

*Following me everywhere, slamming on the brakes, squealing wheels, staring as if ready to kill, coming into contact with me personally, and isolating me from others

*The use of electromagnetic and microwave weapons (on myself, my father, my friend who had to see a brain surgeon for electromagnetic or microwave shock to the brain, as well as others)

*Following me with the intent to threaten while going anywhere including just taking my child to a game center or to any other place

Harrassment:

*Falsifying information through slander and sending people to question me after a year of threatening my life, and putting me into severe stress and shock. I was falsely questioned, over a year after being threatened, with the obvious assumption that those questions and answers (which were nothing but nonsense anyway) were turned into falsified “information” to hype up the harassment by state agencies and people who did not know that I was being threatened

* Making statements and harassing us or me over personal issues or private choices that are no ones business, that have nothing to do with anyone else in any way

*By computer, e-mail, and other electronic harassment

*E-mails threatening action against us (something no one other than a harasser would send) obviously targeted to me and a few close friends who received some of these e-mails. E-mails sent directly after discussions with my husband regarding what we were talking about, in very large letters, not including any responding e-mail address (obviously not sales letters or spam).

* Hang-ups continuously all day long to disrupt our home life (or purposely being put on calling lists)

*”Running into us” out in public and making comments about everything we say in our house, what I was wearing, or comments just to get statements (again, stupid nonsense that can be construed as anything) for further harassment

* Calls from (certain) police all day for months on end (that did not begin until this time) and new friends we would meet began getting these harassing calls only after we met

* Surveyors had (certain) police harass me during a staged drug raid down the street: Two persons were getting into my trash can, the daughter of the supposed drug dealer had taken a check from me for a candy fund raiser at school (which I never received), and I began to get harassing calls and faxes (they knowing that I had a fax-phone would let it ring unending). A man jumped out and threatened to take my son. A girl in the neighborhood came and told me there was a guy who pointed a gun at her and her brother. With all of this activity, I called the police and went to the police department and was ignored even after being told to wait, which I did for over an hour. After this, the surveyors really began to falsify information to have me harassed.

*A person, not knowing why they are being threatened, lose the ability to understand why it is happening and will make many different comments as to why it could be happening even when they are innocent of anything. After falsely being threatened and falsely being questioned, the persons who decided they were going to do this then got helicopters to fly over my house continuously, all day long, and all evening long, after a year of threats and a threatening phone call to my husband. I, not knowing anything about any conspiracy theories as it was construed (which I was asked by this lady about) or anything about the history of church or state (only other specific history) at that time, thought that we were being attacked by some foreign army or something. I had no idea what was going on. The lady that falsely questioned me yelled at me, said we were going through a holocaust, told me “they” were spraying overhead on the people and making everyone sick, and that someone, either masons or Jews were going to come after me by saying “you know they will come after your family first,” “they killed the governors wife, ran her off the road” (because she yelled at me that she hated Jews and asked me what I had against masons, I later assumed she was trying to make me look anti-Jewish and that these were the people whom were going to “come after me”). I don’t have anything against Jewish people and I know many good Jewish people. I do have something against the outright abuse of power and those who go along with it for various reasons. Basically, this lady, after I had already gone through a year of terrorized harassment, was sent to say horrible things to me, threaten me, ask me any kind of question so that just about anything could be construed from our conversation. I was then put into living in total confusion and harassment with no time or ability to think about what was happening or to defend myself. People who abuse power bank on using techniques given to them to detect and turning them into vices and lies against innocent people.

* Using police indoctrinated in genetics (scientologists) and masons to harass me believing that their “group” was after someone who is “against” their group or that they were after someone who had done something wrong, all based on information extracted through terror. For example, harassing someone until they are extremely threatened and highly stressed, and then calling police on them. For example, this lady said many things to me which I then repeated to my husband or family members, and then they called certain people out in helicopters, to harass me for repeating what this lady said. In other words after repeating what this lady said to me, or anything that was happening to me, those words were being used to obtain further harassment.

* Capitalizing on harassment by knowing every bit of our personal conversations on absolutely everything we are going to do, who we talk to, where we are going when none of what we were doing was wrong. This gave them the ability to harass us all day long by interruption of everything we or I tried to do.

* Mailing (or putting us on mail lists) based on what we say in our house. A couple people at NSA, after years of abuse would call by way of their conncetions, the Mossad, the ADL, and others to fabricate lies of “anti-semitic” nature, so that I received all kinds of e-mails and other activity.

* Harrassing of friends and family members and any new people we meet to intimidate anyone from speaking to us

* Purposely making family members believe that what they are doing is not happening (this happened to many others)

* Surveyor having police flash lights at us in front of our home as well as when we are driving in our car, and family members, based on falsified information

* Knowingly allowing victims family members, ignorant of any such procedures, to believe the victim is crazy by not informing the public of these operations until a later time, not revealing all of the information to the public in a straight-forward way, or that certain people have microwave weapons, and abilities to harass through surveillance (this happened to many, many people)

* Continuing targeted surveillance, without any reason or cause, intending to continue to interrupt normal daily activity

* Intending to prevent our family from living normally, when we have not done anything wrong

Falsifying information against an innocent person through terrorizing:

* Falsely using answers to questions, and asking questions to which the answers can be construed as anything that the harassers could possibly construe it to be (making false assumptions of what someone believes based on terrorizing, threatening, and then asking stupid questions) and using speech taken out of context of thought, giving that speech to others by word of mouth with slanderous intent

* Calling a church and making false statements to have a person believe something about a person attending (I was trying to attend a church whose focus was on G-d because my family desired for me to go and for socializing), even though I really didn’t want to go, keep my views to myself normally, and

* NSA began tormenting me with “Christian” programming, with extreme subliminals

* Calling stores and places of businesses before we/I enter and making false statements

Blocking interaction between us and other places of business we deal with

Falsely isolating a person from getting any help from illegal harassment:

* Through isolation by surveillance, phone tapping, mail blocking, and constant threatening, a person who is going through this cannot get by the person who began the falsification. Of course, this is the whole objective behind any holocaust.

Denying an innocent person of life, liberty, and the pursuit of even normal living:

* Sending agents out to harass, and threaten, base on lies from reading or repeating *anything* whether repeating or making a comment of what someone is watching on television (which they would construe for harassment); making a comment or repeating what someone wrote or said in a book, etc.

* Continuing and overlapping such “programming” “testing” “harassment” and “subliminal to brain—reaction by lies” and overlapping effects of the trauma.

* Harassment and threats for (no reason) teaching my son from a very well planned curriculum(s), they took this curriculum/plans from my computer remotely, knowing that I had a good curriculum, but, then causing panic, by outward threats and harassment during schooling, learning, and outside activities using agents.

Later using this same curriculum in public schools while, at the same time, I was being harassed (I received in the mail a pamphlet that said, “If you could choose a curriculum” or something to that eefect. This is not paranoia, and in the NSA scripts that take brain knowledge to SIGINT but then harass (as was done during the European purges)—they did this within days of every intellectual idea or discussion, including putting us on phone lists regarding money discussions; after complaining about how their harassment cost us thousands during our move; and other personal or intellectual discussions.

**Just take a look at SIGINT NSA programming (beyond ridiculous), Christian programming, with “devil” pain and response obviously only those void of any intelligence, any soul, completely heretical, would use such a script to begin with; and obviously the subliminal script (See NSA’s script) could only be used by the most idiotic criminal minded.

* Taking intellectual information that I created off my computer by remote procedure while creating even more brain interference (at intervals); whether severe headaches; nausea; inability to wake up; subliminal of the three-dimension (done with overlapping radio-waves to the brain by three or more)—as in many cases where people suddenly have something come over, including my spouse, who every once in a while has these sudden “change in outlook that comes over him” only to disappear, that is not a normal feeling from within or from G-d.

* Withholding information from the public on such activity and weapons so that the person cannot get help from anyone because no one knows about it and depriving an innocent person the right to know and defend their rights from these abuses

What they have done is 17 years of torture, and extreme war and torture since 2000. They fry the body, threaten life, use every kind of weapon for illness on the body, knocking the person out, then sending out people to commit crimes, then give lies to agents, and they keep doing this while 'piecing together' more lies. They continued frying the body and extreme signals to the brain from 2000 to present on top of other radiation methods, and on my son.

The Patriot Act is a public statement that 'allows' any illegal crime to be committed and all crimes are begin committed against national and international laws regardless of what one is told. These 'new laws' when combined are for torture as described herein.  I don't think anyone ever really followed any laws to begin with and the problem is that those who are most criminal have always taken advantage of the 'no law'  Like now, these crimes do not have anything to do with race or religion but they will use race and religion and eugenics on all.

The NSA/CIA/KGB (CIA acting as FBI) "Homeland Security" while firing, arresting, agents, has committed acts of war on myself and my son from 2000 to present by severe weapons crimes and outward threats of life and harassment, documenting secret lies, false questioning just to use hundreds of twisted lies daily from it, and still keep directing weapons on us and more crimes to keep denying any rights to report. For 17 years severe manipulation on John and myself.

John continues telling me “I know” when discussing the crimes, as he was told at the time by his son and myself and he took steps to call people about it, including his friend Art Pryor in 2000 out in Nevada where Bob Lilley suddenly had to go. NSA/CIA/KGB has aggressively spent 17 years manipulating in our relationship every day. They just killed or fired or arrested millions of agents used within the last decade. They have no one in this country with the 16 agencies and many more being ‘hired out’ by lies to help them, as they have done in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />South America for over 50 years. They believe they are going to keep up with this torture and manipulation and fabricate one big lie in the end, in addition to years of radiation torture on us, and documenting false lies while denying the reports of hundreds of crimes, including the false documentation, in court through threats and denial of justice at this time for anyone who reports them. The false documentation will be filed along with the torture every day on us in other areas and those they used, those involved here.

As soon as John gets home, NSA begins more and different radiation on us for any type of manipulation. After many years of radiation, one can tell the difference between the radio-frequency signals and type of cooking on the body. Again, today, my son and I come back from the store and NSA/KGB criminals at the highest levels have someone using direct weaponry on John while causing helicopter harassment or satellites harassment as they have done for many years.

NSA/CIA knows very well, while they radiated and put into shock my brain and body, and committed crimes on my son and my self every day from 2000 to present, and that these crimes were reported from 2000 to family members and many other people, and my spouse witnessed the crimes, spoke of them, and the activity, that they continue committing radiation every day, have committed more crimesin retaliation, have denied any justice, threatened my life daily from 2000 to present, including phone threats, and attempted killing, using high powered weapons on myself and my son, and continue then to use microwave audio to have my spouse help them commit crimes taking out loans and antagonizing us, the very purpose they killed or destroyed over 20 other people I and we know. Some people cannot even handle the truth anyway but John does not have the same mind as he had before years of radiation. John discussed every one of these people and the CIA/FBI/NSA crimes, including dicussing Dee Arpino as “possibly CIA” and our other friends being harassed and destroyed, including a wife of a former employee with him.

Now, John made over a hundred comments on the activity, including, “It must be some local group” and “Well, they’re everywhere” and he watched the activity. But, NSA is going to keep using something to have him say after they have his doctor claim it is a ‘chemical imbalance’ and then he goes to see someone about ‘lying’ because of his circles, their “FBI” lies to have him fired from his previous job, going in more severe circles,  taking out more loans (of which after my report he began having even more calls every day because those in the CIA/KGB in banks are making millions lose their homes in any way and by the use of these microwave disturbances for years as they literally fried me when I made up annual budgets and savings plans and used multiple weapons on me at the same time to prevent this when he did take out loans).

So, after discussing the crimes each day from 2000 to 2005, including my son telling him, and his own observations and discussions, he then goes back to this dumb state and when told that weapons are used on us, he says, “Okay”  Other people also mentioned to him all of the things taking place in this country. John discussed what they spoke of, including the weapons and e-bombs. He saw the news for himself on NSA firings, NSA ‘spying’ and the “FBI” and discussed the crimes on us many times. And this is how the KGB/CIA continues to use brain erasing and putting him into this apathetic or despondent state and then back to claiming he will be involved which has been going on and getting worse for years along with the other microwave harassment. The NSA/CIA is going to keep using such abuses to torture myself and our son, and thinks they are going to keep up with the radiation, with new agents given lies and carry it through with these acts that are criminal after already reporting the crimes for years.

The CIA/NSA/KGB directing weapons and terrorizing have tried any way to torture, anger, my son and myself and destroy so they can fabricate more lies. They have committed ACTS OF WAR on us. And have tried to isolate by the death and destruction of others we know down to those they can keep controlled to keep torturing and lying while doing it.
