Feeling Sad
LIL MONKEE IS MISSING
This is my lil girl, MONKEE, she turned 2 yo on Dec 4th. She's a pug/pom, about 15 lbs. Such a lively, curious, playful little girl. Always getting into trouble. Got her when she was 4 wks, my dtr gave her to me as a Christmas gift! She always made me laugh, gave me sooo much joy! She loved the computer, would sit in my lap & stare at the cursor watching it as it moved across the screen! LOL
On Nov 28th, I let them all 3 go out to poop & have their morning romp. There's a small fenced "run" for them. I let them go out for 20 mins am & pm, then in between for in & out potty breaks. Well, this paticular morning, I went to let them back in...& only Angel & Sweet Pee were sitting on the porch, waiting. No Monkee!
I checked the run, the gate was still shut, but the wind was gusting @ 40 mi hr, & had blown the gate enough that it had became loose enough that she could squeeze through the bottom/side.
My daughter was here visiting, so we began to search. Looked all day, a man a few blocks over, said he saw some people trying to catch a little "pug" & get it in their car.
I called the vets in the area, animal control, the shelter, put flyers around the neighbor hood & the gro, pet stores, & walmart. Put an ad in the paper & checked lost & found. Then emailed pics to animal control & shelter. But no luck!!!! She was wearing her collar & in excellent shape, so they had to know she belonged to someone. She didn't have her tags on, cause she chews them up & the metal wasn't good for her.
I know someone has her...I can only pray they will be kind & loving to her. All she's ever known is love, she's sooo spoiled, all my girls are.
I continue to call animal control weekly, to keep them aware & to continue to keep an eye out for her. Just in case she should get away from the people who have her.
I wrote about this in my other journal too. So, I apologize to those of you having to read it twice!
She's my baby & she's gone. So...this Christmas her presents still remain unopened with hopes she MIGHT make it home sometime during the New Year!

I PRAY Father please bring her back to her Momma. Father give her safty where ever she is. I pray that if she is in someones home she is in a good one and that somehow you will bring her back to her momma. Father give her peace and comfort. while she waits for her fur baby. AMEN.
I hope you find her soon I bet you are just sick with grief. {{{{HUGS}}}}}}} to you. I love your other fur babies also. THEY are our children and our family and the best picture of uncondtional love.
