Subject: 'Potter' Mania Alert: Teaser Trailer!
Time: 10:54:00 AM EST
Author:  summermovieblog

Emma Watson in Harry Potter and the Order of the PhoenixIt's been a banner week for 'Harry Potter' fans -- first a new poster for 'Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix' was unveiled, and now the teaser trailer has been unleashed. Wow, those folks at Warner Bros. know how to kick off the holidays, don't they?

The movie is stuffed full of our fave teen wizards (Daniel Radcliffe as Harry, Emma Watson, left, as Hermione, Rupert Grint as Ron), their Hogwarts profs (Michael Gambon as Dumbledore, Alan Rickman as Snape, Maggie Smith as McGonagall), the good guys (Robbie Coltrane as Hagrid, David Thewlis as Lupin) and the bad (Tom Felton as Malfoy, Ralph Fiennes as -- must we say it? -- Voldemort). Newbies to this installment include Evanna Lynch as Luna Lovegood, Helena Bonham Carter as Beatrix LeStrange, Imelda Staunton as Professor Umbridge. Watch it (as we're sure you will -- over and over), and let us know what you think -- is it the best 60 seconds of film you've seen this year? Or with those sky-high expectations, does it disappoint just a little? Tell us the truth. We can take it.

POST: What do you think of this teaser trailer?

POST: How psyched are you for 'Order of the Phoenix'?

I agree with bluedevilking08. the books are definitely better, but I disagree about the movies. they are good for what they are. There is so much in the books that can't be fit into the movies.  Unfortunately, some of the important details and foreshadowing seem to have been missed, and unless you have read the books the last two haven't really made as much sense standing on their own.  Also, I wish they would have already, and will hurry up with the last movie(s) just because the kids are almost too old now.  Even a yrs gap during the teen yrs makes a huge difference.  Will definitely go see this movie.
