Arrivederci!!!
Well folks, the time has come for me to bid adieu to AOL. I've been having problems with the new SE edition, the ads across the top of my journal drive me nuts and I got an email from a political action group the other day informing people that AOL is considering charging non-profit organizations a fee to ensure that emails are delivered to AOL members. WTF?
All of the above were annoyances I was dealing with but when I got an email from AOL late last night saying that they were going to jack my monthly fee up by $2, I had enough. I can take the above inconveniences but now they want to charge more for less than adequate service? I'm not THAT stupid.
So, I've deleted my journal entries, deleted my webpage and deleted all my files in my FTP space. I've emailed myself at my new address with all the links saved in my "Favorite Places." I've boxed everything up and I'm moving out!
