Feeling Happy
Saturday "seventy" six
Here are this week's "Saturday Six" questions, courtesy of Patrick (Patrick's Place) Put the answers in an entry on your journal and leave a link to your journal on his journal so that everyone else can visit!
1. Of the following, which one best describes you at your worst? (You can't select "None of the above!")
a. One who doesn't finish what he/she starts
b. One who talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk
c. One who always finds the worst in a situation
d. One who generally knows what's right but does what's wrong
I would have to say A) . Although I am very driven and can make myself work out when I don’t feel like it, I can sometimes be a chronic planner. As Hadon coined it the other day, sometimes I suffer from "Ready, aim, aim, aim, aim" syndrome and forget to FIRE.
2. Not counting shows like Saturday morning cartoons designed specifically for kids, what single show that you grew up watching religiously is now the one you most hate to sit through?
I can’t think of one. If I didn’t like a show, I didn’t watch it.
3. Have you ever been so angry with a company that you swore you'd never do business with them again? If so, did you keep that promise?
Yes. Shortly after Alexis and I got married, we went to Circuit City to buy a computer as a wedding gift from her mother. The PCs’ didn’t have their specifications or prices listed. The two sales people ignored us. They kept going to help older people who had come in after us. It happened several times in a row. I bought our PC at a competitor. Since then, I have bought over 30 computers, 6 or 7 fax machines, and all kinds of equipment for our business but I have not been back to Circuit City since 1995.
4. Take this
You Are 50% Psychic
You are pretty psychic.
While you aren't Miss Cleo, you've got a little ESP going on.
And although you're sometimes off on your predictions...
You're more often right than wrong
So go with your instincts - you know more than you think
5. READER'S CHOICE QUESTION #68 from
I don’t recall the amount of time but I know the long distance bill came out to $83 back in 1987. The first girl I ever loved moved 363 miles away and we stayed together for several more years. We loved each other and probably would have gotten married if I had grown up sooner. I look at Alexis and I am thankful for delayed maturity.
6. READER'S CHOICE QUESTION #69 from
I would rather not risk answering that question, it is a gamble. I don’t have a problem with gambling. If someone chooses to do it, then the risks and rewards are on them.

I don't care for Circuit City either, we like Best Buy! :-)
I live not far from Atlantic City, and have been several times....but never gambled. Not once. Just not for me either!
