A Butterfly Bonanza

Butterflies Return

On my return from the golf course, where I played surprisingly well for a change, I saw a flurry of Butterflies flitting about the Walkway and Rose Gardens. It was an unusual sight not seen since last year.

Also, upon inspection, there were many new blossoms that had been missing in the drought. I went for my camera and you will see how busy I was taking photographs.

The golf was good on this very cool day and apparently the Butterflies were having a great day as well. The temperature was in the 60s this morning. A welcomed relief for me and the Butterflies, too.
