Feeling Chillin' WOW---didn't realize it's been so long since I have been here!  We are now living in sunny Florida---Most of our friends we so dearly missed have moved on with other happenings in their lives, so we don't see much of them at all--bummer.  Sadly to say--our snowbird friends came this winter but won't return because of changes at the campground where they stay.  We have 3 granddaughters now!!!!  Larry has 2 boats--Heather says he is starting a collection.  I work at Bealls and he works at Cemex.   I am trying to figure out my new laptop with windows vista----interesting.  We had to turn the air on.  I am enjoying the sun and the pool here where we live on my days off--Corky is enjoying all his walks, and Dusty basks in the warmth in her Florida room.  Larry and I am going out in his new boat Sunday.  I have started making cards--stamping, alot like scrapbooking.  I am loosing weight and hope I keep it up, scared I won't and don't want to get that huge ever again---Utah was beautiful but not good at  all for my health and well being.  All in all--Life is good, make the best of what you have.

Feeling Frustrated

Here I sit in sunny Florida, which I admit has been a little chilly the last couple days---but it is wintertime---and I am severely depressed.  I have been trying to get employment since August--to no avail, I have had no bites.  I feel guilty while my hubby goes to work and works overtime that is allowed.  I feel I am not doing my part.  I have put in applications EVERYWHERE!!!  Had one interveiw last week but no call to come yet.  On the upside my dog is loving all his walks and exercise he gets now.  LOL.  My first grandbaby turned 4 the other day.  My son is still in Iraq with no contact to home, and my daughter had her doctors appointment yesterday and pregnancy is ok so far no problems this month.  She was told before she wasn't gaining enough weight--goofy, huh?  Then they thought she had a bloodclot.  I was hoping when we moved my depression would leave--have had it for quite awhile--but it stayed.  Oh well, life goes on and on and on--need to get my hubbys supper ready.  Have a great evening.

Feeling Frustrated

                                                                  

Hello everyone---haven't written anything for a while, so here goes.  Let's see--our daughter is having a GIRL--I told her she was--they have decide on an unusual name of Valla Marie-- Our son is back in Iraq---back to the silence and not knowing from day to day how he is---He was home for 2 weeks in August on leave and it was nice just to hear his voice on the telephone, and I hate talking on the phone!!!---Went to church today with a new friend in Florida, was nice---it rained all day so relaxing at the pool was out of the question and also our nightly walk with the poochy---just a quiet day, need those once in a while--yesterday I finally made it to my favorite store ever invented-Michaels-I was in Heaven walking around all those crafts waiting to be made-LOL-My sister and I used to visit there in PA and we had such fun thinking of things to make and create!---Larry, my hubby, has a couple days off starting tomorrow--poor guy only slept 3 hours today---don't know how he does that--nightshift sure messes up your system, I did it for 1 1/2 years and it was awful!!!---On that note everybody have a great day--I am adding a few pics of the new place, have a 'looksie'

Feeling Quiet It is such a beutiful day to enjoy outside.  I guess you learn to appreciate daylight after you have worked 2 years nightsift!  I went to the pool this morning and enjoyed the warm water relaxing my achy bones.  as I exercised in the wter my muscles relaxed.  The sky was a beutiful color of blue and I enjoyed the company around me as I floated through the pool.  Afterwards i rode my bike through all the roads as that is my transportation to and from the pool.  Beforehand, Corky and I walked along the roads before we stopped to chat with a neighbor along the road home.  After I came home I put in a load of clothes and sat down to read all the news of the places present and places past on the computer.  Was hoping to sneek a chat in with my son, who is home on r&r from Iraq but he wasn't on.  I decided to try and revamp my aol blog but seem to be having trouble putting pics on for some reason.  Hope you like the red, white, and blue I chose.  Now if I could just figure out how to change the all about me part, it would be good.  LOL  sometimes I am a little slow about these things.  Have a great day!

Feeling Anxious
Hearing none We are getting ready for the big move back to Florida---we both can't wait.  We miss all our friends and the work we had there.  My stenosis just doesn't agree with Utah weather.  My job either.  Just waiting on the house buyer to give us oue cash and we are off again.  This time in two vehicles--we both want to keep our Jeeps!  So Larry is driving the Budget truck and me in my Jeep.  We have been yardsaling alot of stuff and made out quite good so far.  We have a brand new snowblower--don't think we will need it in Florida.  My back has been terrible lately.  I guess I better get packing more boxes and totes.  have a great day.  And a great holiday.

Feeling Sad Joe and family have made their move to Washington to Fort Lewis.  Work is pretty much the same.  I am worried about my eyes.  For the last three days I have been seeing everything very cloudy.  My kerisyconis is getting worse I am afraid.

Feeling Happy

Hope everyone had a great Valentine's Day--Larry got me a heart filled box with a bear, flower and candy.  I got him his favorite chocolates.  We both had to work the night of and the night before so we spent our time sleeping, as usual lately.  Larry is enjoying his new Jeep very much, I think it looks nice.  I'll add some pictures.   We got a little more snow but nothing to amount to anything.  Not much on the ground left.    i am trying to get over my month long flu--I think I might be seeing a light at the end of the tunnel now.  Lloyd and Larry both had it one evening!  Our desktop bit the dust for some reason, thank heavens for my laptop!  Need to type a few letters --have a great day---Tammy

Feeling Quiet It sounds like spring  is on it's way outside--the birds are chirpping all over.  The snow is almost all melted and I look forward to seeing the tulips and crocus' popping through the ground.  I need to get out and snap a few pictures as soon as this nasty flu is gone from my system.  It is 40 degrees out today and sunny.  Enjoy your day and every wonderful moment. They fly by much too quickly.  Have a wonderful Valentine's Day
