Per Jayski, the 12 of Ryan Newman still hasn't passed pre-race inspection... the left rear quarter panel is too high, team has failed twice and will go to the back of the line so they can have more time to get it fixed. Newman is already going to the back of the field for changing transmissions. Well, they might not even be in the field today.
