MyWifeIsaGHFan: ah, is that her character's name? Good...easier to type than wurher
MyWifeIsaGHFan: WUHRER
ITivoEveryGH: Yeah, that's it...wuhrer
MyWifeIsaGHFan: so, she's dead-dead?
MyWifeIsaGHFan: There's no way that she's in one of those soap opera comas that she'll emerge from after she has her baby?
MyWifeIsaGHFan: She's No Eva Larue who's gone and then comes back?
MyWifeIsaGHFan: God, how the hell did I pull thatone out of my butt?
ITivoEveryGH: No, she's gone gone...in the ground
ITivoEveryGH: Collasped lung after a train crash...emily quartermain didn't catch the diagnosis
MyWifeIsaGHFan: Nasty! Damn that Emily
ITivoEveryGH: have no idea why they wouldn't have worked in her pregnancy...she slept with lots of people...sonny's brother..rick...it could have been rick's baby too while she was trying to get with sonny..that would have made things complicated
ITivoEveryGH: Reese had already come back from a nasty accident years ago, when she went by the name charlotte

Why can't people be fired anymore just because, ex: their storyline isn't working, or they aren't very good actors?? She wasn't that good as Reese. Her character was begining to get annoying! I think she would have been let go even if she wasn't pregnant. Personally I am glad she's gone!!

Sorry Lance,I totally agree ABC/Disney might not make the best hiring and or firing choices but in this Kari wasnt fired for being pregnant and only pregnant and unless anybody knows if her contract was up or close to being up and not renewed,ABC will win as usual.
She wasnt a well liked character and I really dont care that she isnt on anymore.
By the way,ABC/Disney has accomodated every actress on the soaps who get pregnant.....otherwise the actress rotation would be every other year almost.
She wanted the public to think she got canned due to a pregnancy,when there were other issues going on.She is biting the hand that fed her.
