Feeling Sad
Hearing Rock and Roll Band
FatManhattan: Dude, Brad Delp is dead.
LoboGordo: You mean the lead singer from Boston? Man, that guy had a set of pipes.
FatManhattan: No joke. Remember the time they sold out the Worcester Centrum like 14 nights in a row? That was insane.
LoboGordo: And who's ever heard of a band waiting 10 years between albums?
FatManhattan: FM classic rock radio is gonna 48 hours of Boston this weekend.
LoboGordo: As it should be.

Heavens going to be rockin tonight.
Good bye brad -
As a citizen of Brad Delp's hometown of Danvers, MA, he is someone who will be greatly missed not only in the music community, but here as well. Brad never forgot where he came from and was constantly giving back to those who helped him pursue his dreams. His aunt lives across the street from me and I often saw him sitting on the front lawn with her in the summer. Here was this rockstar, sitting in a lawn chair drinking lemonade out of a flowery cup and he would talk to the kids, including me as we walked by. He was a man of great talent, and great compassion.
It is true, he definitely was "the nicest guy in rock'n'roll". -
Boston and Brads amazing vocals have been around as llong as I can remember. As a 42 year old man sometimes life has a way of catching up with me. When this happens all I have to do is pop in a CD and go to Boston and to a much simpler time. Thanks Brad, sail on
