CoolerHeads Prevail

Dr. Perper released his autopsy results today, revealing that Anna Nicole Smith's death was caused by an accidental overdose. It remains unclear how many types of drugs were involved, as Perpers explains, "She was taking a number of anti-depressant drugs." He also said there was no evidence of disease in the former model.

  I hope it's proven that Howard IS NOT her father and Larry Birkhead is, he seems to be the only one that seriously and honestly cares about the well being of Dannielynn. He hasn't shown an ounce of interest in the money or Anna Nicoles estates or anything, only Dannielynn. I think it would be best if she were placed with him. She also has a grandmother that she needs to be involved with and Howard has already said that's not going to happen. I think Howard is using Dannielynn to get Anna's money and that's why he's reluctant to take a DNA test. If he is SOOO sure that he is the father, he would be swabbing his own mouth for the DNA.
      It's obvious that he knows that there could be a chance that Dannielynn isn't his and is in fact Larry's. If someone is so sure that they are a baby's father, they wouldn't hesitate to take the test to PROVE who the father is. He has tried to get court orders so that Dannielynn can not be taken out of the Bahamas...why?? Affraid if she is brought back to the US paternity can be established??         I think this whole thing is bogus. I don't think that there is ANY reason that Anna Nicole Smith should be dead right now. It is possible that the loss of her son just 3 days after giving birth to her daughter just got the best of her and she commited suicide; I know I wouldn't know what to do with myself if I had just givin birth 20 years after my first child was born and then 3 days later my first born dies of "accidental over dose". Coincidentally a supposed "accidental overdose" of the same thing Anna Nicole has died of.
      I think that Howard K. Stern is behind all of this, Daniel's death AND Anna Nicoles'. In my opinion Larry Birkhead should get custody of Dannielynn. I think that Howard K. Stern is a money hungry dirt bag that has been planning this whole thing for a long time. Stretigically making the plans so that no one knew. The only people in the hotel room the night Daniel died were Anna Nicole, Daniel, her daughter and Howard. Her son was fine and then all of sudden he's dead?? Not showing any signs of being on high on anything but than he's dead??? I'm sure she was over joyed to have had a daughter, but she lost her first born 3 days later, her best friend who she lived her life for; her whole reason of living was for Daniel. And now she's dead...which she shouldn't be at all.
      I think it's tragic. Her daughter will never get to experience the bond a mother and daughter can share, she will never get to meet the brother that was excited to be having a sister, she will never get the chance to know how good of a person her mother was. My mother is my best friend and if something like this happened to my mom, I wouldn't know what to do, I would be lost, but this little girl will never get to experience that bc some guy is more worried about money than anything.

  Of course it was a drug over dose!! lol! Everyone with half a brain would know that !!!I feel sorry for the baby ,not one of those people are capable of taking care of a baby. All they want is the money ,so they can live in the lap of luxury!!So sad!!

  Everybody's treating this baby like a horse on an auction block. When Larry gets this baby, I don't think he will go after the Marshall money, at least I "hope" and believe he won't.

  Stern is morally bankrupt. He’s a blood sucking leech who is trying to keep an innocent 7 month old girl from her biological father, just so he can maintain control of her dead mother’s estate which is still bringing in money. Why else would he have wanted to appeal? But, a judge in the Bahamas denied his appeal. YES!  We may find out tomorrow, who the biological father is...
