Nancy Wants to Be the New Rosie

GirlGoneLeBron: According to Mediabistro, the reason that Nancy Grace left Court TV is because she wants to take over Rosie O'Donnell's spot on The View.
GirlGoneGrady: So basically, if she gets the job, The View will turn into a forum to discuss missing children.
How nice.

Would Nancy make a good co-host on The View? (WireImage.com)

'Excuse me, Ms. O'Donnell...but you left a hell of a pile of sucked-clean chicken
bones in a corner of the Green Room backstage.'

    WTH?
We caught up with CNN  Headline News' and Court TV's Nancy Grace (who is from Macon but studied and practiced law in Atlanta) while promoting her new book, "Objection!" at Chapter 11 Books  on Peachtree Road.

After chatting with fans, friends, family, and former clients, we asked Nancy why she thinks she has such a large gay following:

"Every morning when I go in for hair and makeup, I ask them to make me look like a drag queen. I don't know, maybe it's my hair?"

Nancy's mom (who was seated next to her) seemed to agree.

I found this, I don't know what to make of it. I've seen the woman and baby on the news, but never heard of Nancy being involved until now. Here goes...For some background, it all began when Duckett's 2-year-old son, Trenton, disappeared late last month. Duckett had said she found his crib empty one night. Investigators have been looking into Duckett's movements just before the boy vanished. In the CNN Headline News interview, Grace grilled Duckett, at one point demanding to know, "Why aren't you telling us where you were that day?"

Many bloggers say Grace's unrelenting questions may have gone too far. "…Maybe when someone is as emotionally fragile as Melinda was, it's probably not a good idea to tear into her on national television," AowL blogs. "It was like watching one of those Law & Order-type shows where she was trying to pull a confession out of a hostile witness."

I caught a glimpse of the view a couple of times. I don't know, it didn't hold my interest, maybe, I didn't give it a chance. But, I love Court TV, watch it religiously, even tape it, in case I have something to do.  And when Nancy Grace comes on, I have to change the channel, I can not stand her annoying accent. She says, mini instead of many and  innie instead if any, and jur-raws, not jurors, and defen"DANTS"  Ughhhh! Her voice goes right through me. Her eye rolling, sarcasm, talking over people, ugly hair-do. I never agree with anything she says. Now, Lisa Bloom, I love her, and Vinnie is cool, and Ashleigh...sweet. Nancy is too cocky, smart mouth, know it all, not open minded at ALL!  And Nancy is not always for children, I remember a case, a boy named  Donny, molested by a teacher. She said, "He's no Opie Taylor" What the hell does that mean? The kid was molested...HELLO!  And she can't understand how anyone could not love their mother, in so many words. HELLO...She wouldn't make a good psychiatrist, some mother's are down-right cruel to their children. And btw

I don't agree it will become a forum to discuss missing children...I do think it will become a challenge to the other hosts to stay on their toes and redirect Ms. Grace which could prove to be very interesting....she's a really strong personality leaning toward a different direction that a couple of the other hosts...but if they all played nice and stuck to healthy debate it could really make daytime programming much more relavant and captivating
