After reading johnmac's comprehensive commentary re the PHOTO OF THE DAY,
I am wondering what the behavioral meaning of the word, ENJOY, is (as he has
used it in the final statement of his commentary).

I.e., would others be able to SEE outward signs of him enjoying himself? Or does he just experience certain kinds of warm and fuzzy feelings that he believes should, of course, belong to the VICTOR?

The Second World War was fought of our parent's generation.  And using a transcendental quality of society it is fitting that the first nuclear device was exploded in Hiroshima on 06 August 1945 was named "Little Boy" by the B-29 bomber named Enola Gay named after a mom: we had the capability to use many bombers to do the same damage over days, but one aircraft is all that was needed for the new war capabilities.  The United States children of the Second World War fought great battles, entered the hero realm, gained an important alliance with the British Commonwealth, and returned with the boon of nuclear technology and world wide capabilities after defeating the Japanese Dragon, German Monster, and Italian Demon.  The United States is great, Japan is defeated, Germany is Defeated, Italy is defeated with United States military bases upon the defeated.  The losses of the Second World War is a testimony to the destructive capabilities of nations, tribes, kingdoms, empires, and groups of men, and these same qualities are found in the recordings of history that are found throughout history.  The mitigating circumstance is they all volunteered to fight the fight with millions dead across the world causing the United States to leave the Garden of Eden into the new realm of technology and sin with the ability to even manipulate our own genetic code as a result of looking beyond ourselves: we bit deeply of the apple of Tree of Knowledge for freedom from want and freedom from fear, and now we must master ourselves.  The United States heroes of the Second World War are not forgotten nor are the defeated enemies of the Second World War forgotten, but we are victors and let us enjoy our victory.
