What the New York Times should be reporting for all of those illegal immigrants who gang attack women.

Our world is changing.  The AOL Tech Chief loses his job over the released AOL Data that links users to their searches: no warrant needed.  In the old days the sheriff comes up to the shop keepers and says something like "Bob, I need to know is that customer bad?"; and then the dynamic sheriff runs the customer out of town and the community feels safer until Rambo arrives (First Blood).  In the new age the FBI shows up and says I need your billion search database because there might be a crime without any specific claims: this is what the Constitution prohibits where without known crime there is no need for law enforcement where we do have rights and not lords.  The Fourth Amendment means make them prove it with the other Amendments and Constitution and should the FBI show up with a legal warrant claiming “I need the specific search data for these specific people,” then it is legal, and otherwise it is a violation of rights.  The Internet is open and it should be obvious what sites are criminal and this can prompt an investigation with a warrant but simply searching everyone is wrong and open searching everyone is an act that would make communists proud because the political abuses are going to be many.  I was blocked so many times during the year 2004 Presidential election online by people who supported the Dixie Chicks political values that I just went and voted but the political desires to shut down political opponents by others were obvious and this can go anywhere including the old men who sit in pubs, your co-workers, your boss, your competitors, an abusive industry that is uncaring looking for the next teenager to underpay, or anywhere else.

The question remains, is there a crime because in our world people love to tear down each other’s lives and criminal activity is obviously reported and abused by anyone?

The New Shame Times aka The New York Times is making more Internet fear claims in the wake of a ten year old murder case that has been reprinted so often that Boulder, Colorado, looks like a murder capital: 300,000,000 people versus one murder and the murder wins for the New Shame Times and a murder not even in New York.  The Internet is so spiritual that human contact is a rare thing and I have been accused of very bad things in unconventional accusations--I once went to church and that was bad--by the stupid who never saw anything who wants to shame opinion by destroying the person (I voted for Bush); the Internet posters never saw anything including my hat that I may or may not wear (what hat is it? Is there a hat?  What color? What style?  What about the shirt--I have an Internet shirt that I like? The loser and liar cannot answer in an environment that can often only exchange words--and often with bravo that I have seen without the human contact--where we do have rights to vote our choice and make decisions for such a thing).  The New Shame Times is attempting to generate more fear but without statistics.  Where are the statistics? Where are the problems?  How often are the problems?  MySpace.com alone has over 60 million blog sites and the Internet population is in the hundreds of millions of daily users.

The problem is national hysteria that prompts the NSA and law enforcement to illegal spy with presumption of wrong with labels (a favorite thing in federal government is label without crime and rights, and a lawful court of law makes the crime and all others are illegal) and then the New Shame Times cries violation of rights in a requirement of proof, and then turns around and creates a hysteria: a move worthy of a tabloid.  The New Shame Times just messes around.
