    So having a reserve parachute is considered lucky? Don't get me wrong I'm glad the guy is alive, but seriously what kind of split second decisions was he making: "Do I pull the reserve or do I not pull the reserve?" It's just an overly dramatic video. That kind of stuff happens all the time to divers, that's why the damn reserve parachute was invented. Now at the powerline, there he got lucky. Dumb luck if you ask me. An act of God? I'd like to think God would have much more pressing matters to worry about than the problems of some half wit fool looking for a thrill...but that's just me.

    .....Ide. You calling 911 was not "God prompting you." It fucking common sense.

    What have they been teaching us our whole lives? The fundamentals of survival. Things like Stop, drop and roll, how to react to a tornado, or flood, even who to call in the face of an emergancy. Surprise, Surprise, it's 911.

    Congratulations on listening, but it wasn't God.

    for those who forget!!! there is a God who answers prayers. but only those who God knows will give Him credit. I DID!!!! when i had a cardiac arrest, God prompted me to call 911. fortunately they responded in 3 minutes, and with cpr and o2 and X6<YES X6 ELECTRO CARDIOVERSIONS I WAS RETURNED>--yes i was dx with 99% blockage of my left main coronary artery.  when you feel like you are GROWING PORCUPINE QUILLS-you are in dire straits. i am still without the full use of all i had before. my coronary unit nurse said--you are very lucky--they did 6 cv--GOD BE BLESSED ALWAYS

    The jackass pulled the red cutaway handle, then the instructor pulls the ripchord, but he already cut the risers loose by pulling the red handle. This guy should be punched in the face and should forever thank his instructors for staying with him. What an idiot!!!!
