I have a complaint for teachers, since their Teacher Unions are being discussed.  They should teach philosophy's critical thinking in High School.  This is a university requirement, but too many people cannot make the proper connections to the words and world, and people need to understand the fallacies, myths, logic of connections, how people can ridicule, lie, abuse perception, be ridiculous, are self serving, selfish, bigoted, mean, gossip, and, inter alia, are sometimes jokesters: credibility is important.  They need to know the difference between fact, fallacy, opinion, fiction, illusion, truth, and the fact that most truth is somewhere between absolute falsehood and absolute truth: even a belief in a uncredible truth gives it value, because it is believed.  Even courts of law find their facts and discover facts based upon things the judge and jury never witnessed, so there is a difference between a legal fact and a science fact, and most truth is accepted opinion.

Having thinking skills is more valuable than any single skill for a specific job, because when you face attorneys, co-workers, managers, and law enforcement they will write down things they never saw in their lives and lie, but it will be purveyed as truth, so your image is important.  Thinking skills are important and it needs to be taught.

The Arizona attempt to ban the female form on mudflaps is interesting.  Just like the Texas legislator who wanted to ban cheerleaders for being too sexual in their youth is interesting.  Got a rocket in your pocket?  I have studied something of  drawing, and it is all based upon shapes, colors, and lines, so we could ban all cartoons and animation based upon shape and ruin the arts: pass out burkas based upon shape.  The bans are purely selfish in a desire to dominate and control based upon sexuality that is from hypocrites.

We could go with the family perspective and do Victorian attitude, and all shame is kept indoors, dress head to toe, and nothing except pleasant attitude can be expected in front of anyone (marriages must be arranged, because no dating allowed), including keeping it from medical doctors, psychologist, and law who will shame you to national agencies far and wide for anyone to abuse you with privileged information: in California this is slander and libel to use privileged information because people, in general, do not have a right to it and do not have the right to deny you life, liberty, and property for it, for it is an act of a unlawful judge and jury, among other things--no conviction means the government has no right to shame and deny habeas corpus rights, among other rights.  As those former children grow up Victorian, then they want rights and shun their parents, and this is the hypocrisy (we all have a mother); and, the solution was given in the Constitution for the United States and that is rights and liberty to the individuals, because there is no special interest group that would not be self serving.

You have rights and civil liberties, so learn to deal with it.

The attempt to ban the metallic female form of mudflaps in Arizona has a problem, in that, there is no color or texture to make it obscene, and it is just a shadow drawing made into a metallic form.  Here in California I have seen a cowgirl version with a cowboy hat.

To ban it would create a new problem for Hollywood, because they could not do any shadow commercial without it being declared obscene based upon form, but no details.  The female form exists, but there is more to shape for obscenity, because we could ban the form in the public and keep women indoors, but this is a ridiculous position to hold

I have observed that when some people want to control they use sex as a weapon, no matter how ridiculous, and I have seen this in Country Music, including from fans who would use the idea to ban people from message boards of the female Country Music stars on the idea that claiming beauty is too sexual.  The reason why Freedom of Speech and Press is given without limit is because once we start making exceptions we will see a lot of lying for those exceptions: too many people are shameless including the courts of law.  I am Christian, but I will never volunteer to give up Freedom of Speech and Press, because it empowers us for prosperity, and this is righteous, just be responsible and there are social consequences for those who cannot be nice.

Book publishing can help, and I have known people to read some of the published books from our members of the political elite.  I cannot claim the same success for anyone else who writes a book, but they will be held to the words.

One book I went through was from Jesse "The Body" Ventura, and it was a good book.  He is totally unashamed of his history, and tells everyone everything while demanding leadership, because he claims he is capable.  A former Navy UDT member who really got around and joined the WWF (the wrestling federation and show).  My favorite part was about honesty where he told how he visited a whore house and made a trade, and he wrote those words, published them, and then became governor of Minnesota (just like Jerry Springer who allegedly had been with a lady of the evening who apologized to the public and then became famous and elected).  Former Governor Ventura is like Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger who has been in movies and television and already lost dignity to Hollywood and WWF wrestling for the Show people want to see, so they flaunt it and claim they can lead.  Governor Schwarzenegger and former Governor Ventura both appeared in the films Predator, The Running Man, Batman & Robin (a minor role for Ventura in Batman & Robin).

The political clout of Jesse "The Body" Ventura is leadership through strength, and he will face his accusations, and he did face his accusations.  He formed a posse in Minnesota, as someone outside of the political elite of Minnesota, to write their leaders and tell them about it.  And he was popular.
