AOL Radio folks,
We've had listeners inform us that their presets disappear on random occassions using the new AOL Radio player. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are actively working on the fix and I'll keep you updated on our progress.

Okay I am a AOL user and for some reason I can't get AOL radio to work INSIDE AOL! Works great on the internet; however not in AOL itself??
Any help??
I know when I just installed AOL on my mothers computer it prompted me for an ACTIVE X program to install and then it worked??
Where can I find this for my computer??

u guys are diong an awesome job Can you guytys add an all celine dion josh groban and enya to ur all artist station can u add more all artist stationbs keepupdating !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Presets issue; can't turn off;no screen about what i'm listening to and artists info.Just how long does it take to "in-source"this so it works---taking too long to fix --had problems since you started this--one one was fine--like an old car.
