AOL Radio folks,
We've had listeners inform us that their presets disappear on random occassions using the new AOL Radio player. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are actively working on the fix and I'll keep you updated on our progress.

Presets issue; can't turn off;no screen about what i'm listening to and artists info.Just how long does it take to "in-source"this so it works---taking too long to fix --had problems since you started this--one one was fine--like an old car.

How can I get help, I no longer can get any stations. It freezes up, hangs up on the xm radio page, I can't select anything, doesn't give any selections. I was using this a couple of weeks ago. What happened. Are there any selections, options, or buttons to help fix this.

I know when I just installed AOL on my mothers computer it prompted me for an ACTIVE X program to install and then it worked??
Where can I find this for my computer??
