Subject: How to remove XM channels from your presets
Time: 11:05:00 AM EDT

AOL Radio listeners,

As you may have read on this blog or the Radio Guide main page, we no longer are carrying the XM Satellite Radio channels.

For those of you who stored those channels in your Presets, you may have to manually remove them from your settings in order to replace them with other AOL Radio stations.

To do this, click on the "My Presets" button the player:

A "Settings" window should pop up. Click on the XM channel(s) stored in your presets and click on the "Remove" button.

You should be all clear.

Until later,

T.C.

This is disappointing.  There's no longer any reason for me to continue being a premium AOL subscriber.

When XM first came to aol, I never thought that I was going to like it but from september when it was launched on aol, I was hooked in to hearing songs that I have not have heard in years. I wanted to hear it on the car radio as I head to work and school. so December of the same year I picked up a year of XM service and have had it all year and I have to admit this is the best satellite radio service out on the market and it is worth every cent. belive me it is well worth it. if you sign up for the regular radio service which includes other channels that the online radio does not have such as instent weather and traffic and news channels such as Fox News, Cnn, E!, other networks. Plus you get the online XM service at no extra charge with your paid subscribtion to XM. for about $150 a year it is well worth it.If you decide to leave the state that your in to go on a trip you will never lose the radio stations like you would if it was the regular radios. I have to thank AOL for showing me the XM Radio at no cost and seeing just what I was missing, and XM for doing this limited time partnership with AOL. other wise I might still be hearing regular radio with commericals.
