TUNA GALORE
OK...take 12 Marines, a 40 foot boat, a good charter fishing service, a 3 hour ride to the "spot," a few beers, some rods/reels, a the best possible weather you could ask for...
You catch 76 tuna!
Cool! Guess what we are having for dinner?

26 APRIL
Ya know what is really neat about this? Well, Austin's interest. He has been volunteering at school to help the special needs kids. Wow! I just found out last week. He has been in a play for those kids and was interested in this program.
Julia, of course, is a natural.
They did the whole production...makeup, lighting, acting and music. Nice.
Laura and I went diving for the day.
Also, I added some pictures of a great sunset whle we were walking on the reef. See the puffer fish that got stuck. We also found a small moray eel.

Ice Skating...
Just a few pics of Laura and the kids ice skating in Okinawa.
It appears that the Okinawans are not big into this. At least when they went that day.

GREAT INITIATIVE...POOR JUDGEMENT
This is a neat picture.
This guy is the brother of our tenants renting our house in New Bern.
He caught the fish on the right.
Found the one on the left floating dead in the water. Hence the subject line.

Saturday, April 11th
A whole bunch of pictures added. Some from various trips. Most from today, Saturday - 11 April, 2008.
Kids went to the zoo this past week. Laura said it was "OK" but a bit depressing.
The gorilla threw poop at Julia which freaked her out a bit. Would have freaked me out I suppose.

March 29th Update
Pictures from today. Got around a little.
The geocaching thing is cool. Google "geocache" for info.
Here you see the new pet hamster, us geocaching, playing at a park, and dinner at a tepanyaki joint.

Easter Brunch
We had a great day with the Neeleys. Dwight is currently the CO of the Sumos. Our Change-of-Command will be on June 17th.
The Camp Butler Officer's Club puts on a great spread for Brunch. We all went after church.
Unfortunately, the kids like to clown around during pictures. So heck, that's what you get.
The video is Julia trying to explain to our friends how her hamster, Bubbles, got out of her cage. Austin adds comedy relief.
