Group is not for me! forget the delete and just hit the save. Be therapy enough.

The only group I've tried was an AA meeting....that being said, I found it strange after a mere month when everyone came to me as if I had all the answers. Sigh...I seriously don't, I simply come from a life of hard-knocks. If it hurts, don't do it. I'm here for you and thinking of you dear friend. Stay safe and loved! (Hugs) Indigo

Well, if any of these are the leader or embers of a group, I'm with you all the way! I've been in therapy on and off over the last 30 years-some therapists have been very helpful, some have not. The latter, I quit immediately! Margo

okay, I do not want to be in group therapy with any of those people. ;-P Actually, I don't want to be in group therapy with anybody. I'd rather just stew by myself than talk. Freaky how much alike we are......

You know I agree with you on group anything. "Group" can too easily become "mob." Or orgy. (not all orgies have to be sexual in nature).
