Hanging in There

Well, we are plugging ahead... Purl doesn't have much milk, so we have enlisted the help of a friend and her American Bulldog momma, whose pups are just 2 days older than our little pied guy... Purl and I have been pretty much setting up camp at Momma Vegas' house and taking turns nursing babies on Vegas, so little guy can grow, and on Purl, with hopes that their strong suckling will pull her milk down... we are all exhausted, but I am happy to report that the little guy has finally gained a little weight... This has really been a struggle for all of us, but I know in my heart in the end it will be worth it ten-fold! Keep the good energy coming for pied guy and Purl... we appreciate all the support from everyone, especially Vegas and her human mom who have been so welcoming and helpful in our time of need... Enjoy the pictures of pied guy with his new friends!
