I'm heading for the airport in a couple of
hours for a flight to Paris. From there, I'll fly straight into Torino!
I am very excited to get to Italy and live this Olympic dream in
person. I plan to share as many of my experiences with you as I can
right here on Road to Torino!
I'll arrive Saturday and will be at the Palavela Saturday night for the short track events - the women's 1500-meters and the men's 1000-meters events. Should be some awesome racing - I can't wait!
Torino, here I come!

I think the athletes are winners just for their dedication to their sport. Making the Olympic team is an accomplishment in itself. The media needs to lighten up in its harsh treatment of athletes who are protrayed as "expected to deliver" Olympic medals.

Have a great time, Noelle!!!

Bode Miller is a spoiled brat who hasn't learned the meaning of commitment.
Weir is too mentally unstable to compete. How about some evaluations before sending these loosers. -
Godspeed Noelle! Can't wait to read your reports from Italy!
