My daughter and my grandbaby and our entire family have been involved over a custody dispute with an evil abusive guy in VA. My daughter saught protection here at home in WV, but with the UCCJEA it allowed Va to keep jurisdiction forever. AND allow the father to continue his harrassment and ABuse . We are forced to bring the child to him so he can continue to unleash his abuse and neglect and emotional torment on this scared baby. \Check out the story: http://dyingtoprotect.blogspot.com/
