Girl, you need to eat. Drink water. 30 minutes of exercise a day (1 hour if you're feelin' it). Yoga. Meditation. Art. Creation. No stress.
Black coffee, 1/4 canteloupe and shopping does not a fitness plan make! And did I read that right? you want to lose 12 lbs in a month? Are you begging for an excuse to dive off the wagon? Set some realistic goals. Don't MAKE me come there and feed you! Unless you wanna come here. I know this great place... ;) -
Where's the water? Unless you want to end up in hospital with severe kidney stones and other equally painful and, in some cases, life threatening issues, you need to remain hydrated. Keep it yellow. The weight you are trying to lose is not water, it is fat. And keep in mind, if you are already somewhat near ideal weight (from a BMI standpoint) that you will likely remain the same weight or gain weight as you add muscle mass with the stepped up exercise. But don't get discouraged -- most of us would love to be only 12 pounds from our target body weight. Slow and steady will win this race.
