UnCut Video Service Status

Hi,

My name is Tae (rhymes with “Hey Tae, WhaDaYaSay!?”) and I work in the AOL Silicon Valley office.  I work closely with those who create AOL’s browser-based products such as Web Mail/Calendar, Pictures, Uncut Video, Alerts, and Polls.  Disclaimer: Most of the people here don’t have anything to do with the AOL CDs, dial-up, broadband, or ISP groups.  :-)

I used to be a Product Manager here, but now I’m focused on being the “bridge” between you and the teams who actually design and make the products.  I sit right next to the people who make the products you are using, so I can get your thoughts to them.

This blog has two main purposes: 1) to offer info on product features that’ll help you get more out of it, and 2) to solicit any product feedback you may have.  I hope you’ll take advantage of this new way of telling us what you like and dislike.
