Dent a Police Car, Get Shot Seven Times Dead
Eric Kleemeyer was snuffed out on January 4, 2005 by the Santa Clara Police. Dealing drugs? No. Armed? No. A fugitive? No, just a twenty year old with a suspended license. He decided to run with his forty year old car, a 1964 Dodge Dart. Eric was trying to get home to mom. The car skidded and wound up tapping the aft of center passenger side of a huge police vehicle. The GM Suburban out weighed the Dodge Dart 4800 lbs vs. 2900 lbs. The police, fearing for their lives, got out and emptied seven or more shots into the old car, killing unarmed and terrified Eric instantly. It took three tough cops to do that too.
It's not just the San Jose Police Department that has problems with deadly force any more. It's everywhere in Santa Clara County now. This kid was white too. That's a switch. Usually the person must be a little tan or something. Not any more. Santa Clara County is fast becoming the top police execution county of California. As previously reported, numerous jurisdictions intersect in this county. All of them are extremely violent these days. That includes the State Narcotics Bureau, the Sheriff, SJPD, SCPD and on and on. "Shoot first, ask questions later." - The Police.
How could any cop have felt threatened by this kid? Don't they watch the show "Cops?" No one gets killed on that show and some of those pursuits last hours. Maybe the show should be required viewing? Either that or a new show called "The Killin' Cops of Santa Clara County" should make it's debut. It would be easy to produce because so much material for it already exists. There's a new police killing nearly every week in this county. So, the show's producer could absolutely bank on plenty of deadly force action.
In addition, the usual ***** footing is going on with the Kleemeyer case. The police won't cooperate with anyone. There is no review board in the City of Santa Clara. Kleemeyer's mom got a powerful attorney who has had the body independently reviewed. The medical examiner won't even share his information on that part of the investigation either. So, there you have it. Another person is dead for no reason at the hands of totally mad cops. Would you like to live here now? If you choose to do so, don't imagine that it could never happen to you or someone close to you.
