Tired of Repeatedly Logging In?

Written by Tom Lynch, Business Manager, AOL Mail

To provide a more streamlined and convenient webmail experience, we are pleased to bring you a new user option that will allow you to stay permanently logged in.

This new user option is offered just beneath the Password field in the Sign In box.  Simply check the box next to "Stay signed in until I sign out." and you're done.

Once checked, you can immediately access your Inbox without having to log in every time you come to an AOL property.

However, please be aware of a couple things.  First, once selected this will override your Auto Sign Off setting.  Second, be careful on enabling on a shared computer.  Enabling this feature on a shared computer would allow anyone using this same computer to access your email account.

To learn more about how this new feature works, simply click here.

This is more a general comment.  I'm not familiar with the 'new' look of my mail page and can't seem to open my mail.  I see delete, save, etc. but nothing that I can just click on to 'open'.  How is this done?

I cannot login to my account.  This is a HUGE problem.  When I try to login, it says that "password cannot be reset" I don't even want to reset my password.  I would if it would let me login.  I can get to my AOL mail from my AIM mail, but it says that "there was an error retrieving your messages".
From my AIM account I can see how many messages I have in my AOL inbox, but I cannot read them.  My Emails are Piling up. This is a HUGE problem because some of those Emails pertain to my business.
AOL won't help me because it is a free Email account.

i love this new stay logged in thing because some of my friends and i have to communicate sometimes via e-mail and instead of logging in and out to talk to eachother we can now tell when we get new messages from eachother which i totally love

this doesn't work; i am sick and tired of having to constantly solve letter/numeral "puzzles" in order to send EVERY email, every day. and what happened to the tides, sunset and moonset times on "my way" home page?
