Another Year----Another bad day.
Sad | The Death March
Today I am SIXTY years old. I am ancient. I never in my younger days ever expected to be this old. I don't know why but, I didn't. I guess I was just denying what was to eventually come to pass. Well, here it is and I don't like it. I'm now older than water.
Thanks to all of you who have sent me Birthday Greetings. I do appreciate the acknowledgement of this milestone and your heartfelt wishes.

Wishing you a happy birthday. Your entry reminds me of a Merle Haggard song, part of which said whoever said life starts at 60, they lied my friend! You're not over the hill by a longshot, so here's wishing you the best in the many years to come.
