Feeling Happy

ENTRY  #  THIRTEEN  HUNDRED  &  NINETY  SEVEN.

Time is so precious-do not waste it..

Good Morning.

See that coffee cup up above, well you sit right down here beside me and I will have Mary pour us a cup of either tea or coffee, and we can sit here a few minuets this morning before all the worries and toils of the day begin and rest a while, Nothing beats a good start to help us have a good day,

There is a thought that I like, I think that part of it says," Do not worry about the things that we cannot change,"( That may not be the exact quote but it is close,) So maybe we can all try that this morning, and just be content and happy with our lot in life, remember who gave it to us, the one who makes no mistakes. So get that smile started we have a lot to do today.

We had a busy day yesterday getting ready for that day when we set those tomato plants in the groung. And we are ready, we got a good load of mulch, a few bags of feterlizer, all the plants. ( Three differend varities.) and all is ready to go, the time is monday April the 21st. rain or shine. Jim my son and Kevin my grandson are going to come down and help Mary and I.  I do need to say thanks to my good friends Ted and Jessica who live next door to me, they do more for me than I could ever deserve.

Smallest Tomato: The Currant Tomato and other Small Wonders

Currant TomatoBy Vanessa Richins

Many people aim to grow the world’s largest tomato.

Have some fun and go for the opposite route - harvest some tiny tomatoes the size of peas.

Currant tomatoes (Lycopersicon pimpinellifolium) are closely related to our standard garden tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum) and are very similar to the wild tomatoes of Central America.

Other common names include wild tomato, Wild Florida Everglades Tomato and spoon tomato.

These little heirlooms are bursting with flavor. They produce hundreds of sugar packed fruits on indeterminate vines. Health benefits abound as they have forty times as much Read the rest of this entry »

These 3 web pages can be read in 8 different languages, so wherever you live you can read about Dad, and ask him about tomato problems that you may have. There is no charge for this, just a big smile from you will be enough for me Dad.

I liked your Thought For The Day, Dad -- another variation I've seen around the Internet is "When God made time, He made enough of it" which is ascribed to the Irish in general.  Wise folks, eh? ;)

Those tiny tomatoes look wonderful and sound great!  The smaller ones have more flavor, don't you think?  By the way, what do you think of the "Topsy Turvy" and tree tomato varieties sold on TV?  Do you have any experience with either or both?

Hope you have a wonderful evening and weekend and I know you're all excited about Monday.  Princess, too! ^^ Big PURRS to her, and best to you and Ms. Mary!
