Feeling Happy

ENTRY  #  FOURTEEN  HUNDRED  &  THIRTY  ONE.

May 28th 2008. In Dad's garden.

Time is so precious-do not waste it.

Good  Morning.

Are you smiling this morning ? I hope that we all can begin this day in a happy mood. Let's have a good hot cup of hot tea or maybe coffee, I know that will help us get going in the right direction. And I always like to have some good thoughts, think of some of my blessings that have come  my way, sometimes I am surprised they have been so many.

I am still feeling fairly good, I did sleep good and I feel rested  so I think that I am going to be able to get outside and do a few things. If I can't do much maybe I can sit and watch the birds, they are real busy this season of the year.

The weather is still warm and we are having a shower almost every afternoon. loook below at what we can expect fro a couple of days.

Detailed Forecast
Plan events with our local guide for Knoxville

Thursday: A mix of clouds and sun. High 84F. Winds light and variable.
Thursday night: Mainly clear. Low 66F. Winds light and variable.
Friday: Partly cloudy. Warm. High 89F. Winds SSW at 5 to 10 mph.
Friday night: Mostly clear skies. Low 72F. Winds SSW at 5 to 10 mph.

Saturday (24 hours): Scattered thunderstorms possible. Highs in the low 90s and lows in the upper 60s.

Me and my tomatoes  both like to see those high 80's and low 90's. Do you  beleive that a tomato plant can smile, I think I saw a little grin yesterday,  Dad.

Do you know the name of your state bird ? You can find out here and even hear its song.Click  on link below.

Please give my best wishes for a safe journey home to Ms. Jade.  I know it must be hard saying goodbye but I know you and she will still be in touch -- isn't it wonderful what we can do having email?

Good morning Dad, Yes I could read Jade's note. I know all of you will hate to see her go. No rain here yet. It has been taken out of the forcast. Your rose is beautiful. Have a blessed day. Helen
