Where is the common sense?
Common sense seems to be lacking in school boards and school administrators today. Here's another story out of Georgia. A student gets suspended for talking to his Mom in Iraq during the school day.

A 10 day suspension is way over the top. Rules are needed, but so is common sense when applying them.
The School's Asst. Prinicipal Alfred Parham is also in serious need of a remedial English class. Conversating is not found in any dictionary I know of.
