Another out of control jurist


A court in Rome on Monday convicted state's radio station for electromagnetic pollution. The judge Luisa Martoni gave suspended 10 day sentences to both a Roman Catholic cardinal and priest for "dangerous launching of objects, referring to the City-State's radio station and its transmissions.

This dishonorable jurist is probably right. Only somone whose mind was destroyed by radio waves could have handed down this ridiculous decision.
