  You are truely a beautiful woman.  Outside as well as inside.  You were beautiful with the weight too, but I know it feels better to get it off.  I am sorry you are having so much trouble with your joints.  Hope the calcium works.

  CONGRATS on the loss, your doing a fabulous job. Please send some of that loss my way. I'm losing inches & I know I should be happy about that but I want the scale to move to. I guess all in good time huh?
