Sam Chang's Immigration Advice

国安部2008年4月4日宣布F-1学生可申请OPT延期限由现在的12个月增至29个月，此规定于2008年4月8日生效，公众有60天的时间反馈，但只限于STEM专业学位的毕业生， 且必须是为已参加移民局E-Verifyprogram的雇主工作，所有抽中今年H-1配额的不论专业都不再有Gap的烦恼。
