WOMEN AT THE WALL: A Call for Peace

"WOMEN AT THE WALL: A Call for Peace...", 1st exhibited at the UNITED NATIONS, is an interactive assemblage of weaving/mixed media, (copper, handmade-paper, glass, wood, ceramic, parchment, abalone, prayer shawl, etc.). It calls upon all peoples of the earth to act in consort for harmony and peace. The variety of forms & materials reflect the diversity in our world, the interweaving of our struggles & the creative outpourings of the human spirit. "Women at The Wall..."has traveled to various localities throughout the USA. Over 1200 "Prayers for Peace" have been written on scrolls of parchment and left on the artwork, 8' X 4'X 3',  by W. Rabinowitz , 2002-5
